I can easily say, THIS is the Chipotle to go to in the area. 5 star, without question!!
I also want to disclaim that I don't work here, nor do I personally know anyone that works at this location either. This review is completely unbiased.
There are two other Chipotle locations that exist closer to me, and by 10 minutes too. However, I will ALWAYS drive out to the Chipotle on Eastern over them, and you should too, let me give you my reasons why.
The food quality was amazing. The rice was perfectly cooked to fluffy perfection, with just the right amount of salt and cilantro-lime. The rest of the line ingredients followed this theme of being perfectly cooked and visually appealing. You can just tell the cook cares, seriously wow. I went back in after eating my burrito to get his name. The cook's name was Ryan, hats off to you my man!!
I had the pleasure of having my burrito be assembled by Marlon. He was super kind, and gave perfectly sized portions of what I wanted, no hassle whatsoever. I'm a little odd, so I usually ask for the sauce to be at least a little mixed in so it doesn't tear a hole through the bottom of my burrito. With no hesitation or problems, he went above and beyond and gave the burrito a real solid mixing! Perfectly made burrito 10/10, absolutely 🔥🔥🔥🤤!!!
The inside of the place was super clean and very well-maintained! All agua frescas were filled and ready, and that alone made me turn back to the register to quickly order a large berry agua fresca on the way out! Shout-outs to Itzel, Lydia, and Jared for keeping the place tidy and prepared for customers! Jared helped me at the cash register, and she was very sweet with her customer service.
Let it be known, make no mistake, and look no further. THIS is the Chipotle to go to in the...
Read moreOne-tenth of a star maybe, ordered two bowls to go. The server started scrapping the bottom of the rice container as if to create a miracle of abundance, I suggested that I did not want the dried dregs of rice frantically scraped from the bottom of a steel container. Oh! I'll go get some from the back. He returned with the same bowls with rice in it. I said no: I don't think so; I did not see where that rice came from, bring the rice and then serve it, I waited for the rice to come out, it was placed in its steam slot and served two bowls as per orders. Drive home sit to eat only to find that the "rice" itself was mostly crunchy and raw. I call to speak to the manager who at this point did not know of the rice problem after 30-40 mins after. I returned to the store demanding to speak to said manager and was treated as if I was rude for the displeasure. You're being rude and I don't have to put up with it. Rude: is leaving the store with food purchased that one cannot consume. Rude: is having to drive back at current gas prices to correct someone's stupidity and careless actions. Rude: is being told your rude, while your money is returned in full along with tip from the jar. Rude: is not thanking the customer for informing management that their food is raw. A new line cook was one excuse, as I suggested the manager is responsible for not properly training said employee; in any case, I had to pay the price for being told not to return. Chipotle's website does not allow for any comments or concerns; your only recourse is the independent franchise store serving raw food by improperly trained employees or bottom of the barrel hiring tactics. Taco Taco not so far away....
Read moreThe blatant sexism at this location is DISGUSTING. Every time I go here, I go with my husband. People are nice, they tend to give smaller portion sizes but if you ask for more, they give it. I ALWAYS tell people I'll pay extra if need be. I have 0 issues with that. When we get to the counter, he shows his ID and they give him 50% off. I go by myself today, and those exact same workers scoff and laugh at me and say seriously? When I ask for more cheese. Literally scoff at me. I show them my ID, they say they don't do a military discount. Oh, okay. Since when? I was here two days ago with my husband and you guys gave it to him no problem. They said it's for police. Oh, okay. Then she grabs another girl and says hey do we do military discount? She says, we can at our discretion but it's for police. I said great, can I please have the discount at your discretion? She says no, sorry. We can't. It's only for police, we aren't allowed to do that. So is it at your discretion or are you not allowed? They have never once turned my husband away, but me, of course. Its not even about the discount dude. I could care less. Its about the treatment. Sexist, rude, disgusting people working here. I...
