Panera Bread — Restaurant in Nevada

Leaving bad reviews is not my style. However, I am thoroughly grossed out and disappointed in THIS Panera Bread. I ordered two salads using the app and placed a carry out order. I picked up my order in the store because the drive through was backed up. The store inside & out was clean. I was not greeted by anyone. I retrieved my order and checked the bag. One salad, Green Goddess Cobb, looked delicious. The second salad, Southwest Caesar, looked like it was missing half of the salad. It had a chipotle sauce all over it. We all know that this will cause the lettuce to wilt and get soggy unless it's consumed fairly soon. I asked the cashier about the salad and was brought to the manager, Heaven. As we were walking towards Heaven, she (Heaven) had her hand down the back of her pants and was chatting with what appeared to be friends or family. I say this because when they went to leave while I was showing Heaven my salad she made kiss sounds. She offered to make something else but I was so grossed out that I left. I didn't get a refund or replacement item and I don't care....

Love Panera Bread. Especially love this location. I know Panera is the same everywhere, but the customer service at this location is fantastic. They really make you want to go back. The customer service at this location is always excellent. They are always friendly and helpful. Nice job Michael the store manager for running a great operation. Your leadership shows through your employees. Food is always fresh and delicious. I like the fact that they serve 100% clean food , without any artificial preservatives, sweeteners, colors,etc... that is really rare to find these days anywhere. Overall:This is the best Panera Bread in Las Vegas! The atmosphere is modern and comfortable. Nicely decorated, contemporary decor and very inviting . The food is consistent and is prepared like it is suppose to be. They have kiosks for convient ordering and their app for ordering is great too . The restaurant is very clean and the cashiers were nice and remembered to ask me about my Panera rewards. They have very nice and big parking lot and also this location has a drive-thru. Highly...

Let me start by saying the food was good. Everything bagel with egg and cheese but they didn't ask if I wanted toasted and I took it to go and only noticed when it was too late. At the prices they expect us to pay they can at least ask what we want.

The part that was terrible was the service. Side from my pickiness about being toasted, my bagel with egg and cheese took over 20 min to make while the place was almost empty. There were 2 people, only 1 of which was waiting and angry at how long it took to get his food. Nobody addressed us while we waiting by their pick up area where we can see them working. To make it worse, is not like they're short workers, there were 5 of them in there. I did ask why so long and the response was "it sometimes takes this long"... No apology during the wait or when they called my name to grab the food. He didn't even make eye contact. In the end I would say, not worth the wait but silver lining was food...
