I went through the drive thru and was told to wait. After about three to five minutes someone finally took my order. When we pulled up to the window I noticed there were no other customers in line. We waited another eight to ten minutes before anyone came to the window to take our payment.
I had a free sandwich reward on the app but after several minutes of back and forth the manager told me there was nothing she could do because they couldnât scan the app. She said I would have to pay and couldnât get my free sandwich. I understand apps can have issues but what she said next really surprised me.
She told me they couldnât give me the sandwich because it would throw off the inventory. I used to be a restaurant manager myself and I would never say that to a customer. I am not an employee I am a paying customer. I donât care about your inventory. Then she told me to get out of line and figure it out on the app before coming back.
Lady I donât work for you. You know what will really throw off your inventory? Losing a paying customer. I probably would have just paid for the sandwich because I actually like the food but I will not tolerate disrespect. 20 something minutes wasted...
   Read moreI walked in coming from the place next-door because my family didn't want what I was eating so I decided to get firehouse subs. I walked in at 8:55. One of the employees was mopping the floor. I walked in. She turns around and gives me this dirty look and says we close at nine OK so I said are you guys closed and she slams her mop down and walks in the back and continues to talk mess and cuss never been treated like this at A business like this so a few minutes later i call and ask to get the general manager number she answered the phone and I asked for the general manager and she hangs up on me clearly this business as a business owner my self needs new employees. This is highly unacceptable. wow is all can say

   Read moreI would have given this place a ZERO if I could. I stopped by on my way back home from moving (30mins away mind you) 30!! For starters I went through the drive through with my daughter and saw the young worker girl pick something off the floor with her gloves on and continued to make sandwiches. Disgusting!!! Thankfully she wasn't the one making my order. I ordered 3 medium subs which they gave me on old stale bread. I mean so stale that it was rock hard on the bottom, literally! Anyone would have known this when preparing the subs they were so hard. Clearly they didn't care! I then call for 45 mins straight with no answers what so ever. I spent over $30 for Firehouse subs which my family and I love and never had a bad experience till today. I had to literally transfer the inner parts of each sandwich on my own house bread just so we could eat it. I'm extremely disappointed and upset that they have kids making the food this way.
