1/5 stars - AVOID CHIPOTLE STORE #2402 IN LAS VEGAS
I am appalled by the understaffing and lack of leadership at Chipotle Mexican Grill #2402 in Las Vegas. We stopped by on 02/10/2025, expecting a quick and seamless meal, but what we got was a chaotic and frustrating experience.
As we walked in, it quickly became apparent that the restaurant was severely understaffed. The lines were backed up and it was clear that the staff was overwhelmed. We decided to leave and return when the store was less busy. However, it wasn't until much later that the crowds dissipated.
When we returned, we met Shannel Dominguez, the lead on duty that evening. What a breath of fresh air she was! Friendly, professional, and visibly exhausted, Shannel did her utmost to keep the restaurant running smoothly, even during peak hours. Her leadership skills and dedication to her team were truly impressive, and I believe she is the reason the shift even survived that night.
Unfortunately, her team did not quite follow in her footsteps. Nataly Piedra, the cashier, was friendly and attentive, but it seemed like she was doing everything on her own. The trainee, Connor Hurley, working in the back of the house, seemed a bit slow and irritated, but I appreciate that he was trying. Zidi Gao, another team member, had the same expression.
As someone with over 10 years of experience in the corporate world, managing customer service and retail stores, I can confidently say that this store's understaffing is a disaster waiting to happen. The fact that only one lead was on duty, leaving them to cover everyone else's breaks and meals, is unacceptable. It's a classic example of putting the brand at risk by sacrificing employee wellbeing and coverage.
I will be writing an email to the store manager, expressing my disappointment and frustration. I will also be contacting Chipotle corporate to express my concerns about the lack of adequate staffing and the potential harm it can cause to the brand and its employees. Shannel Dominguez deserves a raise, a promotion, and a round of applause for her exceptional leadership and dedication to her job.
To the store manager, I say this: Get back to basics and put coverage first!
To Chipotle corporate, I say this: Take note of this review and address the issues at Store #2402. It's time to put the needs of your employees and customers first!

Read moreI spent $150 on catering and got my food sabotaged and disrespected. I’m usually not one to write posts and leave reviews I usually just move on and don’t eat at the establishment again but today was beyond infuriating. I placed an order for the DOUBLE chicken option with catering at the Chipotle on Blue Diamond location. I go pick it up and everything is all good the staff was friendly and got me taken care of so I head home satisfied. As soon as I get home I start taking everything out and noticed I was only given one order of chicken when I paid for two. So I call the location the manager Daniel picks up my call and I tell him I’m short one order of chicken he goes no you’re order only said one order of chicken I go back and forth with him expressing that I paid full price of $150 for the double chicken option until he sighs and goes “alright fine come back and I’ll give you an order of chicken I guess” I thank him for working with me and go pick up the missing chicken I get there and show him my receipt that was sent to my email and he goes “well on my end it only showed one order but here you go just take it” I thanked him again and left . I get home and start serving my family and everyone that had a plate with the second order of chicken that Daniel gave me said it was extremely salty I tried it and couldn’t agree more it tasted like straight salt and spices while the other order tasted completely fine. I don’t understand why this happened i paid for the double chicken option I deserve to get what I paid for and shouldn’t have to come back on my time for something that was missed and then get my food sabotaged. I have been a paying customer that has been coming to this establishment for years since it opened. Me and my family loved this chipotle compared to other locations in the area it’s truly unfortunate that this had to happen. Read moreSecond review. Its really frustrating when this location is constantly getting my order wrong or when they give me something completely different than what I ordered. In the picture you can see the receipt shows 1 bowl and 1 salad. Yet they didn't even make a salad at all. The bowl in the picture that does NOT even have a shred of lettuce is the bowl that's supposed to be the salad with no meat, no cheese and a side of SALAD dressing. I ordered a salad. A salad and they didn't even put lettuce on top! How? They gave me salad dressing too! So how did they not know salad dressing is supposed to go with salad like I tried ordering?! Did they see 1 bowl and 1 salad and just decided not to make me what I ordered?
First review. It was a bit chaotic at this location. I was trying to park but there were a bunch of people working for DARE who were crowding the parking lot and the entrance. When I was trying to back into a parking spot (the only one) the guys with DARE were standing in the spot. As I was backing up the just moved to the curb and another guy was approaching bthem and walked behind bmr as I was trying to back into the spot. Then he just stood behind my vehicle when I was already halfway hacked in. He clearly wasn't going to move so I had to find somewhere else to park! They were crowding the entrance and acting roudy so it was awkward walking past them.
