Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Enterprise

We usually (mostly) enjoy coming here, but the last couple of times have been less than pleasant. Today's visit was frustrating.

We made an online order for pickup. We ordered the nachos ("Alright, Alright, Alright", I think is what they're called), but it showed up as "AAA" when they recieved the order...so they didn't make it. I had to explain to them what we ordered, and was a little frustrated that the order wasn't even started when I got there and that no one called to clarify. Also, we only got two small cups of queso for a thing of nachos. Wth?

When the guy started making my order, he was piling on one particular ingredient. When I said "thanks, that's enough", he responded with "Well, it's on the order" and kept going. Yes, it's on the order. I'm standing here telling you that you've put enough on and to stop. Kind of rude.

The owner was there and wasn't interested in stepping in or helping the guy out. This is our second encounter with him and he's a less than pleasant guy.

We won't be returning. We'll go to one of the other 10 Mexican restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend NOT using the online ordering option. Either call your order in or just physically go up there and...

This is the worst Moe's that we have ever been to. The food was mediocre, and the portion was the smallest that we have ever paid for at a Moe's. We were not greeted with the signature "Welcome to Moe's" greeting that they normally greet their customers with. Then the person that took my families's order was not very friendly at all. Moving on down line, the next person who started assembling our burritos only would put a pinch, literally of the toppings that we would request on our burritos. We were however given an extra basket of chips to give to our young child. Thanks for that I guess the topping on the cake that upset us the worse about this place is that when my daughter had to go to the restroom, we had to go and request to be given a key from the cashier in order to use the women's restroom. She is a young child and had to use it a couple of times during our visit and we had to ask for the key each time. Not the best way to treat a paying customer. I asked the reason behind this and the manager said it was because of the alcoholics that come in and use their facilities from next door's package store???!?!. We will not be giving this Moe's our...

Where should I began? The tood was cold, the lettuce was brown, and the manager (she made sure to tell me that it was her restaurant) doesn’t understand the meaning of proper food handling procedures. When I walked in she gave me this look as if I was bothering her and she continued to handle the trash instead of acknowledging me and saying that she would be with me momentarily. Once she finished , she proceeded to ask what I wanted, grabbed the gloves and did not go towards the sink to wash her hands!! Absolutely disgusting! When I asked her could she please wash her hands, she was very rude and said that she wasn’t planning on making my food without washing her hands anyway, and that she was the manager which I never asked her nor did I care what her role was; I simply wanted her to wash her hands before making my order since I watched her handle trash . Also the guest relations line had poor customer service considering i made the complaint and have yet to receive a follow up call. After this, I definitely don't recommend...
