Ordered online at night and tried to use my card online but it wouldn't let me so I clicked cash option. I then typed in my phone number for them to update me on the status of my pizza. After waiting an hour and a half, during which the online pizza tracker told me the pizza was cooking, I called them. The lady proceeded to tell me they canceled my order because they only were accepting credit cards and they tried contacting my number but the number saved was an old number. So much for typing in my number to get updates on my pizza!!!!!!! Not to mention no email was given other than a confirmation email that my pizza would arrive before 8. To add to it, its now 830 at night and they closed due to weather. Totally understand but how terrible a system that I wasnt informed and no true effort was made to contact me via email or the number I entered in!!!!!! The lady offered me 10$ to my account and sure enough, that was a lie too as I tried to order again and found no discount or anything of the sorts. Totally done with pizza hut. Highly recommend dominoes, papa John's, or any local pizza in town. Way better, no lies, and they make things right. Very very poor...
Read moreDriving past the other day and saw the sign posted in the window that a Lg pan pizza was 12.99. Found on line that this location offered diner in, expected a ‘normal’ dinning in experience. You are able to sit in the building, but don’t be fooled into thinking this is a fine in restaurant… it isn’t. You order at the counter, they will deliver your food…. But in take home boxes/containers. Got no plates, napkins, cutlery. My husband ordered the pizza…. knowing the sign in the window said 12.99. He paid while I wiped a table clean, since the vast majority were dirty from previous customers. When I saw the bill we were charged double the cost for our pizza! When I asked on our way out to have our bill adjusted to reflect the advertised price. I was told you have to ask for that price/have a coupon. No where on the sign does it say anything about needing a coupon or asking to get the price they are advertising!! Staff refused to void out and then re-ring us up with the correct price. Really poor customer...
Read moreWe ordered online and they forgot the hot wings, no big deal right? That’s what we thought until I called and got put on hold for 25 minutes! The problem is that they aren’t usually busy so there should be no reason to be put on hold for that long. They wouldn’t answer me so my dad called and he started telling them that they forgot the wings. I don’t really remember exactly but then the guy who picked up then said something along the lines of “You don’t know how many problems we have going on right now.” And then HUNG UP! After that we both called back until somebody finally took me off of hold and said they would deliver our wings. I don’t know who picked up the phone but she said she would deliver us 16 wings instead of 8 wings as we originally ordered. Whatever girl that answered the phone from 7:10 - 7:20 on Friday, July 25th, 2025 deserves a raise. The food was very good which is why I give this review a 2 star instead of a 1 star, but say the food sucked I would give this a 0...
