Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ephrata

My Fiancee and I ordered online at your location last week. We got a plain cheesy bread with 2 garlic sauce and a small pizza with half plain and half with meat, onions, peppers, and mushrooms. When we got there it was ready right away and the woman behind the counter said that she was sorry because they were doing a 30 pie order. We were confused as why she was sorry but we went home to eat anyway. We opened up the cheesy bread to see no garlic sauce at all only one marinara sauce. My pizza had meat on the side that was supposed to be plain and just veggies on the other side. I double checked the order online and we ordered it correctly and they charged us for the garlic sauce we never got. Very disappointed from Dominos especially since we order from the stores in reading all the time...

Terrible customer service experience! Had to wait over an hour and a half for my food to be “complete” only to show up and find out that our food HADN’T EVEN BEEN STARTED BEING MADE. No one had any idea whose food was where and there food warmers were in complete disarray.

Update: According to what the manager told me their system went down right at the start of the dinner rush so most, of not all, of their orders were hand written and delayed by an hour and a half. They also accidentally made one of our pizza’s twice so they gave it to us for free and even through in two free 20 oz drinks while we waited. On top of all that they gave us a free stuffed cheesy bread to make up for everything. Only thing I have against them is they never told us right out so we didn’t know until...

I simply asked the supervisor for a refund or to remake it and he wouldn't do either. Clearly he has anger problems because I could hear it in his voice. My daughter is allergic to pepperoni and it was covered with pepperoni. I will be telling all my friends and family members never to eat here again. I'm disabled and on a fixed income and wanted to surprise my daughter just to have this happen. I don't do drama at all. When he got angry with me it was unnecessary. I'm very disappointed. Thanks rude supervisor! Can I just get a refund for $14.83? I don't want any of the food because they might spit in...
