I just have had the WORST restaurant experience in my entire life at the Dunkin Donuts in Mt, Orab. I have Never felt more belittled and judged at a coffee/fast food shop. I walk in with my sister and already can tell it's going to be a negative experience by how little customers there were and angry employees who Cleary looked that they didn't want to be there. I'm looking at the menu because I have never eaten there and want to think out my options and wasn't complied to hurry because there was no one behind us. I see the 6 dollar meal deal that comes with coffee, a breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns. I ask the cleary new training employee if instead a coffee can i get a different drink because everwhere else will allow you to do that as long as its the same size and she asks the manager. I would has assumed that the manager should be near her because it looks like it's the girls first day but she has to track her down and ask her a simple question. The manager comes and smugly looks at me and goes "no". I say okay and order just a biscuit bacon egg and cheese and a order of hasbrowns forgetting a drink. The new girl says okay and asks the manager where the biscuit button is and the manager laughs and says "we don't have biscuits here" and looks at me like I'm an idiot and plane stupid for even asking. Here's the thing, I know for a fact that the manager was lying because not only did it say online that they have biscuits but on there menu they have there, right above there heads. This leads me to believe that she was also lying about not being able to switch out a drink. I don't say and and just try to keep my calm because I believe in giving everybody grace. When me and my sister get our food after 7 minutes we're go back into the car and I see they forgot my hasbrowns. I look for the receipt and my sister tells me we didn't get one. So i go back in to the now fully empty shop and order hashbrowns again. I wait 20 minutes and watch this employees do absolutely nothing to make my 6 Itty bitty hasbrowns while I'm standing right there. Two lady's were talking about how it's 30 something days till Christmas and the MANAGER, THE MANAGER WHO IS SUPPOSED TO RUN THE RESTAURANT, ON HER PURPLE PHONE, TEXTING. she's side eyeing me and while texting looks up and smiles and texting and I know immediately it's about me. Another 10 minutes go by and I finally get my hashbrowns cold as can be. I left pissed off and hurngy because of a failed manager who cleary does not take her job seriously. My first time at dunkin will most definitely be my last and if I was the boss miss purple phone would definitely be fired and I don't know how she isn't already. I hope there's a positive change and has better management because my food was cold, hard, and plane nasty. It had the potential but under failed guidance, will definitely be shut down in the next 2 years if there...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is usually my go-to Dunkin, I did have a 5-star rating for them. But, they have too many kids on one shift. They rather play and joke than get a drink order right. The 3-stars are for the few teens that work in there that care about giving the customer what they ordered. You guys deserve 5+ stars and you're doing an outstanding job! On top of that, you all are very polite and friendly!
The young man making my drink told his coworker he made a mistake with my drink, she then giggles and said "so what." He mouths to her what I can only assume is "she is in here" because she says with a giggle "she is" while he is looking at me. He sees that I am watching their interaction and still proceeds to make my drink with the mistake. I didn't ask for it to get remade, because the mistake was way too much ice. I ask for less ice because if I don't ask for less ice they fill the cup to the top with ice, and then I have a watered-down coffee within 15 mins.
Everyone makes mistakes and sometimes we don't catch them. But, when you catch them if your attitude is "so what" then I don't think you should be working for the public.
On top of that, I've witnessed this little girl being rude to customers when running the cash register. No one wants to deal with this type of behavior rather they just spent $1...

Awful service. I ordered a vanilla bean coolatta for my husband and asked for an extra pump of vanilla and one pump of blue raspberry and the man told me I donāt need it because itās already sweet. I told him itās okay, to go ahead and add them and he said āitās already sweet enough, it doesnāt need it.ā Not sure why he was trying to dictate a customerās order/preferences. I also ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich on sourdough and what I got was the picture below. They gave me only one slice of bread and stacked the fillings on each side of the bread so it could be folded in half to form a taco basically - instead of two slices of bread like an actual sandwich. I didnāt notice it until I got home and at that point I was so frustrated I just didnāt want to come back to them. The man who serviced me was of Indian or middle eastern descent, older/middle-aged and is ALWAYS unfriendly. The drink also was separated with the extra syrup at the bottom not mixed in with the frozen part above it. This order was completely wrong and service was disgraceful - not coming here again. ā¼ļøDO NOT SUPPORT OR COME TO THIS DUNKIN...
