Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Escondido

I have had multiple issues with this location, but each time I give them the benefit of the doubt. I was hoping that the sucky service was just a one time thing. NOPE! I was wrong again. This order I just made, will be the last time I order here! I left a 30% tip on a $40 order because it was placed a bit late in the evening. The delivery driver Brianna, marked my order as "Delivered" and it definitely wasn't delivered. So I called the store and told the guy that answered what happened. He had me on hold for a while, then all of a sudden Brianna showed up and looked very frustrated, and completely unapologetic. My delivery instructions said to "Please call me when you get to gate so I can open", That didn't happen. On top of that, they forgot the 2 liter soda (Dr. Pepper) that I ordered as well. So I call back again, the same guy answers, I again, tell him that the driver forgot the 2 liter soda he said "Oh I'm sorry about that, would you like me to have Brianna bring it back to you?" I said "Yes please.", then he responded with "Well, actually she has a few more deliveries so...". So then I just asked for a refund for the drink and was told "No, but I can give you a free pizza your next order?". No thanks. I've been offered that before and was told there were no notes or anything for free on the next order, that order was awful too! It looked like someone just stomped on the pizza it was all deformed looking, the cheese and toppings were all over the place on the inside of the box lid, sides to, and completely off the pizza. I called that in, and the guy that answered was laughing. The customer service is just the worst!!! I will stick...

Ordered here 3 times already. My son loves dominos pizza so I order dominos even when we were in WA. Coming from work I order here coz it is the closest to home and my daily 20-30min commute is usually enough time for my order to be ready to carry out. I order only 1 large 3 topping pizza, 3 times, my order wasn't ready and I had to wait 10 more min. 2nd time there they had issues with the card and again took about 10 min to figure that out, and then the 3rd time was just the workers don't seem to care about sanitation. Observed all 4 workers working not wearing any gloves, hairnets or anything when preparing everyone's food. Had dirty aprons, and would handle all the different ingredients without even wiping. Witnessed this while I was in the store trying to pay for my order. Finally when one of them noticed me by the counter he then proceeded wiping, not even washing, his hands on his dirty apron and then grabbing my order and straight to handling the register. He was polite but after assisting me, as I was headed out, I've seen him go look at the order monitor and then immediately to the prep station, processing orders again, grabbing dough without any hand washing or the use of gloves. I usually give a place 2-3 times before I make a review but this one I couldn't hold in. Hopefully you guys get it together. Might give y'all one more shot. A bad day is a bad day.

And Ive ordered at other dominos before but for some odd reason this is the only dominos that don't accept the 9174...

We made an online order at 8 am that was supposed to be delivered at 11:15 a.m. for our son and his class to celebrate his birthday. We received a call at 11:08 a.m. and were told our delivery had been canceled because there was nobody to deliver it, but that we could pick it up and the delivery fee would be refunded. When we were on our way to pick it up, we called to confirm and learned that the pizza was never made. At this point we had no time to adjust. A courtesy call earlier on in the day would have been appreciated. There wasn't much we could do on such short notice.

I understand staffing limitations, but I don't understand why we were notified so close to the expected delivery time. This was poor communication and bad customer service on their part. If someone failed to show up to work, somebody should've stopped in to cover them. As a manager, that is what I do. According to the person I spoke to when I called the location, they were alone and overworked. Ultimately, this comes down to poor training and management. Very unreliable.

I would not rely on them if you have hungry people counting on you. Needless to say, we will not be ordering from...
