No star rating isn’t available for I would have chosen it. Worst customer service ever! I bought a torta and a orange water, but they messed up the order and gave me tamarindo water instead, I only took it because They had already taken way too long to give it to me ( I had already finished the torta), and because I also like tamarindo. The water tasted bad, like it was old tamarindo, not sure, but it just didn’t taste good (I make tamarindo water all the time myself and know it well). I went to the counter and told the lady, and she took the cup and DRANK from it! I had already touched it and drank from it as well! Especially with COVID going around...What was she thinking?! After tasting it she replied, “the water is delicious, I make it myself, and it’s very good!” I told her that to me it didn’t taste good, and she replied with a laughing gesture, I can give you another one, but there is nothing wrong with this water. I go there a lot since I work near by, but I am never going back...

This place has really gone down from when I went years ago. They specialized in Fresas con crema but it’s more like water and fresas. The crema looks like a unnatural pink color and tasteless. The granola are dull like they have been there for a long time. I called them and the owner instead of listening to what I was saying started to act defensive. She offered me money which I said that I didn’t want, I just wanted them to know what type of food quality they were giving out. She hung up on me and if that is what their reaction is when people give them criticism...their food will...

95 % of the time they are messing up the orders, we always kept coming back but today the cook delivered the food and the sandwich ingredients were supposed to be the bagel ingredients and she just blamed it on us because we ordered the sandwich last. Of course we order 1 by 1 not everything in the same time. Instead of saying sorry she just excused herself. And always put chile on it when we ask all he time not to do it.👎 This was the last time...
