The employees all seem to have a chip on thier shoulder.. They aren't friendly or welcoming and follow you around. This store exhibits discrimination and judgement to the fullest. I dont think they have ever heard the saying, "dont judge a book by its cover"... Anyway, I purchased over $100 worth of items, the following day I returned one of the items that I paid $44 dollars for and they charged me a $8 return fee?! The line had at least 4 people behind me and no one bothered to open another Check stand. Instead they wanted to refuse customer service by refusing the waiving of the $8 for my return leaving the other customers waiting to buy thier items. The staff needs a.little training on customer service as well as a reality check. You're in esco, you're going to see tattoos, piercings and Hispanics wearing cortez shoes.. lol That doesnt mean we're thieves. It's a shame because I really love the deals and cool gadgets Harber Frieght usually has. I think I'll skip the Esco location from now on and try to find a location with friendlier...

Whenever I've had an issue with a product i bought from harbor freight i just returned it, got my money back or exchanged it for a like item. Sometimes i had my receipt and sonetimes i Didnt. This time i didnt have my receipt. The lady helping me did try to look up my receipt by my phone number but to no avail. All she could continue saying over and over again was without a receipt i was SOL. (EMPHASIS MINE) I asked her for the customer service number. I called and they told me the same thing but added another blurb. Harbor frieght is cracking down on returns. Whatever that means. I still have the magnifying light that does not work in its original box sitting in the backseat of my car. Im frustrated with my experience and to be honest really don't feel like going back to harbor anymore. I purchased a car scanner and it clearly says it does see airbags and I tried in my car and it doesn't do the erase . It has been only 2 days since I purchased and I brought it back today and the supervisor on ahift here name is cherry thats what she tolled me. She chraged me 32 dollars restocking fee. Thats a big time rip off. She said here boss tolled here there is no otger way then charging cusumers the restocking fee.
Seriously $ 32 dollars thats allot for just a simple item. Also why didnt they tolled me that there is a restocking fee for it... Be carefully when purchasing at harbour freight they will steel yoyr money and sell you a product that actually dosent work instead apologizing.
