I recently had a very disturbing experience at the store while renting outfits for a wedding. From the start, the owner made me feel very uncomfortable with his creepy behavior. He kept staring at my chest, despite my shirt providing full coverage. When I made it clear that I noticed his staring, he just smirked and continued. The situation took a turn for the worse when we were leaving the owner grabbed my seven-year-old cousin, hugged her and kissed her on the head. This is incredibly inappropriate, and we all felt very uncomfortable things escalated to the point where we had to call the police. This place is a joke! I ordered a dress for almost 300 and they said they promised it would be in the next day cuz I told them I needed it ASAP well 3 days later still no call. I put down $40 on it and after receiving no phone call or anything I call and ask for a refund because u found another dress and they are fighting with me saying they called and they can't refund my money and saying it's my fault I didn't answer the phone! Can't answer if I get no call! Stay clear of this place. Horrible service...

I went here to get a bridesmaid dress hemmed and the tailor said she would have it done 2 days later. I go back in two days later and she couldn't find my dress at first! Then eventually found it in some other random place and didn't even have it hemmed! I then had to come back the next day for it and she still charged me the full amount.
