Jeep Jeep Tacos — Restaurant in Estes Park

Don’t go here, terrible experience. I rarely write bad reviews, and all of our other meals in Estes Park have been great, but this place was a huge disaster. They had no cups, no ice, no fountain drinks (machine was broken). 4 small stools to sit inside, and all other seating outside in the 90 degree sun with no shade. Here’s a picture of the “BIG” guacamole, and the final straw was something that looked like a pork nail in the chorizo. When I asked for a refund, the new front desk person couldn’t help and the cook couldn’t speak English. The owners should shut down rather than stay in business until they can raise their customer service, and their restaurant is equipped to serve...

Honestly I don't know what happened here. I asked for a burrito I couldn't even get that. I help feed thousands a day where I work. Even during the season where we are short-staffed we are still feeding hundreds DAILY. So I won't accept any excuses from this place. The soda fountain is shot, the service is non-existent. The food is actually really good when you can actually buy it. I understand the food service business is extremely difficult. And it is. We live down the mountain, came through during the week. Saw all the great reviews so we had high hopes! And we were let down. No prices on their singular menu on the wall, no glass of water just a cheap bottle, while the food was on the affordable side it was unimpressive. Not even chips and salsa while you awkwardly wait for your food. And yes the tacos came that way, they had a little awkward bar behind the register to put toppings on.
