Less that 2 weeks after using a card I rarely use, to book a cabin with tiny town cabins, I noticed charges on that card that I did not make. Online charges to a supplement company in California, several attempts to charge other things that were caught and declined by my bank. When looking into this, I noticed another group of people who also had their card information used after booking with Tiny Town Cabins. ( you can find their story/review on trip advisor from Aug 20) I called to inform Tiny Town Cabins and their only concern was that I provide another card for them to charge the reservation too. I told them I was not comfortable providing another card but would gladly pay cash upon arrival and was told I had until 5pm to give a card or the reservation would be canceled. They tried to claim that they have never had issues with card info being stolen/used, until I mentioned the other group. Then it turned into " we haven't had an issue since august" those guest talked to the manager back in August and were told, it was probably a low paid hotel employee ( per their review on trip advisor) The manager I spoke with today said she is personal friends with the previous manager and he would have never said that. So it's either one of the employees at Tiny Town Cabins or someone with the online booking center they use that is taking card info. I would think it would be in their best interest to figure out how this is happening instead of being defensive. if it was one person or two I could see it possibly being a mistake. However, several people in August had their cards stolen and who knows how many more that did not notice or put the two together. Tiny Town Cabins - figure out who is stealing card info. if it's not an employee, find a different online booking company bc it's them.

Great place with beautiful views! There is a creek that runs behind the cabins, mountains all around, and the cabin itself is cozy for 2 people. (Other cabins may accommodate more, I am unsure) I will note, there is no AC, but the windows open to allow a breeze and they supply a box fan. There is a heater, and one in the bathroom as well. Our fireplace was down at the time, but would be nice if working and colder out. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, and silverware. There is even a grill and picnic table outside. Behind the office is a stocked pond for fishing, unsure of full policy as we did not use, but it does say no permits required. Cable TV & Wi-fi were a plus as well. We did have an issue with the key to the main door, but the maintenance man came out after hours and was able to correct the situation. Office staff were nice also. Will definitely be staying here again next time we come to Estes Park. A bit pricey for some, but close to everything and still peaceful equals worth it in my book!

Not only is this place adorable, behind us is nature and in front was the convenience of shops and a main road. Around 8pm every night though, that road would become so quiet that you forgot you wernt in the middle of the woods. The babbling creek behind us, the elk chewing on grass at 6am right outside our windows. Its set up with cooking supplies, dishes, a TV, for a real "home in the woods" feel without being too far away. We also got engaged right on the trail behind our cabin and there just isn't a better place on earth for that to have happened. It really was sad leaving the Tiny Cabin and I will make it a priority to continue going back. The picture is the view from behind our cabin.

The previous pictures of this location kind of indicate you are off in the woods along a river. If that is what you are expecting, you will be disappointed. It is in a heavily trafficked area but does sit along a riverbed and the short walk along it is very nice. If you have dogs, they are dog friendly and mine did enjoy the water. Most of the employees were pleasant. That is about as pleasant as I can be about this property.||||I have stayed at many resorts across the country and this continent. I was not expecting a 5 star resort. I rented the tiny cabins for a reason, to get the experience and see if this was something I could do long-term. However, the experience would have been better had the property been kept up and clean as well as the initial reception been good.||||When reserving the cabin, we did ask for dog friendly, as not all of them are. We were assigned Cabin 5. You cannot find pictures of this cabin on their website (difficult to find lot on their site) so we were referred to a video of cabin #6. Based on the exterior of those two when we arrived, they are not alike.||||We were to arrive on Saturday. Check in at 4pm. We were called on Friday afternoon and given contactless check in info and were asked what time we would arrive. We told them approximately 1pm. We were told they would call us then and let us know when our cabin was ready as it did feel like the service would be good. Our arrival was early, about 11:15 AM. We pulled up in front of cabin 5, right next to the office. A young lady immediately came out and asked "Can I help you?" This was not the warm and friendly ask, it was a more of a "what are you doing here attitude". She told us she would call us when the cabin was ready. We were ok with that as we were early. There were no other vehicles at any other cabin so we figured it would be just a short while. We sat by the river and ate lunch for a couple of hours. Still no call. We left and went site seeing. Then we went for an early dinner and around 4:15 we got a call saying the cabin still wasn't ready and could they have a few more minutes. We finally checked in around 5 or just before. My point here is they had an opportunity to accommodate some guest and clean their cabin first and it ended up being the last. I know getting the other ones done couldn't have been a priority because the rest of the cabins were sparsely populated there the rest of our stay. I will say, any interaction with the rest of the employees there during our stay was pleasant and they were nice.||||The property itself looks decent from the outside. The entrance is very difficult to see from the road however and very easy to miss. The road leading into the Tiny Town area is paved until you get to the bottom. Then it is just a dirt road leading to all cabins. It was dry during our stay so every vehicle that came through there kicked up dust. That did seem to seep into your vehicle and cabin. Hardly any grass in the area, except down closer to the river. Deer did roam in the evening times through the area.||||Extra Trash bags are provided in the cabin, however there is one commercial trash bin for you to take full ones to and it was not easily opened.||||The grounds itself is dog friendly as I mentioned. It appears previous guest didn't pick up after their dogs every time or perhaps it was because the doggie poop bin was full and overflowing for our entire stay and no one bothered to empty it. Doggie poop bags were provided, but no where to put them afterwards. ||||The deer roam free. So does their waste so watching where you walk in tiny towns is important.||||Cabin #5 is not in the pictures you see on their website likely for a reason. It is run down, with a foundation that is tilted and a front porch that needs to be replaced. Nails coming up out of the porch and as you walked across it, the boards sink exposing those nails even more. The screen door hinge was broken and the screen door slammed every time someone went in or out. The bathroom window crank was broken as well. The window was cracked open so I had to shut it from the outside. I can put up with a lot, but I don't put up with cleanliness due to laziness. The floors felt dirty and if something was spilled on them and you wiped it up, you'd realize they weren't clean, which we did. Mold on the shower curtain, dirty and grime under the microwave. It was obvious they skimmed on cleaning. The bed linen was clean, the bed, very soft. If you need a firm mattress, this isn't the bed for you.||||Ester Park is experiencing a mouse problem this year, a sing posted in the bathroom stated this. So mouse traps are put out. However, the spare towels are underneath the sink next to a mouse trap. Not a good feeling of cleanliness when you think where the mice may be.||||The area surrounding the park has a good coffee house, restaurant, gift shop, grocery store and gas station. They open at 7. There are some other places in town if you need coffee sooner.||||Again, I can accept a lot, cleanliness is something I can't compromise on. I have given this a rating of 2 simply because I do not know the condition of other cabins and the area by the river was very nice. You do have a view of the mountains, you also have a view of the RV park on the other side...

Terrible, rude, disorganized management. I will never return to this establishment under current management. This is coming from a seasoned hospitality professional that enjoys the Ritz as much as an sy old hostel that smells like pee.||||We stayed at Tiny Town Cabins when our daughter was only 6 weeks old. We stayed in #20, the Aspen. It was tucked away and we were surprised at how private it was. The living quarters were rustic cabin like and it was actually kind of quaint especially with the river so close. We had a great time that trip aside from one small hiccup.||||Our heater didnt work and it was freezing. So, we had to resort to the space hester snd fire log. The space heater wouldnt turn iff so it was either 100 degrees or 30 degrees. Being the type of people that make due with the worst situations, we found a way to open windows and maintain a habitable temperature for us and our baby girl.||||When we were departing we informed the staff that we loved the cabin and will be back BUT we wanted to let them know their heater needs to be serviced and fixed. The man at the front desk apologized emphatically and we insisted it was okay but he said "WE WANT YOU TO COME BACK AND THE NEXT TIME YOU BOOK 2 NIGHTS OR MORE WELL GIVE YOU A FREE NIGHT."||||Fast forward to 2023 and we decided we'd like to take our now toddler to experience the same cabin she first visited when she was born. I called to book the cabin with a very helpful front desk staff and told her we were offered such. She said nothing was in the notes but she will check with management and they will get back to us. I told her were easy so even a bottle of wine would be cool if they can't do a full night (economy is down so if they need the cash go for it).||||3 weeks go by without a call from management. Instead I get an attempted charge on a recently stolen card. So, it was declined and they called me for the new card. I reminded them what was OFFERED TO ME and the same confused response came through (maybe add into notes that we talked about this???). I then said, how about you check the maintenance records and fins out if it was serviced after our departure 2021? The lady thensaid, once again, they'll find out and call back.||||What happens next? A week goes by and they call back. Once again, the call is to collect full payment without mention of the offer they provided. I feel embarrassed and devalued and request to speak with the manager that was supposed to contact me. Obviously, he doesn't like to take ownership and leaves the Dirty Work to his poor staff.||||I call him on a CUBE ACR recorded line (I record all of my calls). He doesn't care for my feelings or disappointment -is rude and condocending- and goes SO FAR as to imply he "GETS THESE KINDS OF CALLS ABOUT FREE NIGHTS ALL THE TIME." EXCUSE ME?!?! You think I made this s up? Maybe you get these kind of calls all the time because it's being said all of the time?!?!?||||We exchange words and he cancels my reservation.||||I will spend my money at the inn on fall river or...

We had a wonderful stay in cabin #20 Aspen. It was secluded by the river. Hearing the river at night with windows open was amazing. We also often had some elk visit in the back by the picnic table and chairs. Overall, we loved it here and it felt cozy. The bed is so comfortable and roomy. There was a good spaced armoire in the bedroom that fit all my clothes and shoes (I'm a heavy packer). We set all of our snacks and drinks on the dining room table. Counter was clean and big in kitchen. Fridge and stove were also clean. Lots of cooking ware in the kitchen as well as utensils. They have a microwave. No toaster (that I saw.. I didn't look too hard haha). Bathroom was pretty spacious and I think they had heated flooring in front of the tub?! Water was a little confusing to figure out. Left is hot, middle is to turn from tub faucet to shower, and right was cold (turned cold just slightly- controls were touchy). I started to freak out not seeing reviews specific to this cabin. Trying to provide as much detail as I can to avoid outdated reviews scaring new visitors from this beautiful remodeled cabin. Kim and Q from Iowa - we loved this cabin.

Now onto some cons: Because of the wind and nature itself, there is a lot of dirt and debris that gets in. I wish I had brought my own slippers. I wore socks or shoes inside to avoid getting dirt in the bed. We had the windows open, so dirt and little debris ended getting in anyways. The window in the bedroom has a slit in the netting. Again, we got debris and bugs like mosquitos inside because of it. (At least we got good air flow lol!) The hot water pressure is not as good. But the water does get hot and it gets hot fairly quickly. I wish the bathroom had some cheap hand soap in it. I brought my own hand soap in case they didn't have any. Good thinking on my end. I am not using shampoo to wash my hands after using the restroom.

Other than those minor details, this stay was amazing. Again, we loved the cabin and hope to come...
