Second visit in two days…Ice cream was great. “DJ” was quite rude. I normally don’t write reviews, but his behavior was so unprofessional and ugly, I’m taking the time to write this. He was rude from the beginning, when we were in line. But his upcoming behavior was so bad, I’ll skip the first part. My son ordered a sundae. He immediately started putting vanilla ice cream in the cup. My son speaks up and says ‘ oh can I tell you the flavor I want?’ He says ‘if you wanted a flavor, you should’ve said something!’ And he continued making the sundae, ignoring him. I spoke up and said that he’d like certain flavors. He said “well he should’ve said something then”. We went back and forth. He then says my son “what do you want then!”. He tells him..,the guy makes it…SLAMS it on the counter and says ‘next!’ I said to him….excuse me, what is your name? He said ‘YOU DONT NEED TO KNOW MY NAME!’. I asked the other employee and got his name. So, to the owner,,, you have a lovely shop. I think you need to do something about “DJ”. He’s hurting your business. We love your ice cream and your place, but we won’t be treated like that, and if he’s there, we...

Cashier was being way too flirtatious and even "accidentally" touched my hand as I was tipping. I ran instead of confronting because I was incredibly uncomfortable and just wanted to get out + of course he made it look jovial and innocent. He is conventionally attractive so I'm guessing he's gotten away with this before without ever being called out on it, hence the audacity.

I never like doing these things on public forums because I know there are other entirely innocent hard-working people whose livelihood is directly impacted by this place's reputation but I tried calling them multiple times and dming them on Insta as well to leave a complaint but no response, hence leaving this here. Happy to take this down if they're willing to take a formal complaint.

Till then, if you're there and the cashier is being overly friendly/flirting, run cause in my experience he may touch you just enough for it to come across as a mistake.

Was super excited for the inclusive vegan options; will never be returning because no sorbet tastes better than an...

The store is a bit cramped and narrow, but not because the proprietor made it so, but because of the old building - which may seem mildly inconvenient to some, but I enjoy the nostalgia and history that they make work for them.

I was greeted by two younger Slavic gents, both of whom seemed like brothers and were exceptionally kind. There was a bit of a line, but these guys were on point getting customer orders through with more efficiency than some franchise ice cream shops I could name.

The flavors we got were delicious and I especially liked that one variant of their Pralines and Cream was made with Splenda (as I’m trying to watch my shapely figure).

What a cozy little dessert shop! I am so happy I stopped by this place. They offer an enormous selection of sweet treats (truffles, fudge, ice cream, chocolate, fudge, popcorn, etc.) that all look delicious! The staff is super friendly and helpful, plus most of their treats are made in-store or locally. They have a ton of classic and unusual ice cream flavors as well as an assortment of truffle varieties. With all of the options, it’s almost hard to choose; my friend and I went with a mint chocolate truffle and a cake batter truffle that were both phenomenal!

Good place, ok one of the employees that helped us was like, way over the top intense... Acting like it was the end of the world or something. The other employee was great and friendly, I have to say I wasn't thrilled about the tipping thing... But I can get over it as they have ~40 types of ice cream and Taffy, fudge, etc. Good place! I would recommend this place for sure.
