Dunkin' — Restaurant in Euclid

The woman that took my order through drive thru was so rude that it was unbelievable. When I got to the window I asked is there a manager available, and the young lady whom was not the one that took my order in the beginning went to get the manager and came back with the woman that took my order. I asked are you the manager and she said no. I said I asked for a manager and she replied what's the problem she proceeded to want to argue, be disrespectful, and extremely rude. I have been coming to this store for years and am here daily. However I will NEVER return to this store ever ever ever again. I was here on May 19th at 310 pm. I really hope that the manager, or owner sees this message , and deals with the the employee I am referring to. Her behavior was unacceptable from beginning to end. Furthermore when a customer is asking for a manager then that is whom the customer should speak to, and if one is not available at the time then this is what should...

So for a birthday, I ordered over 30 donuts including munchkins. I ordered over a dozen glaze with two being just double chocolate (without sprinkles) and two being strawberry glaze with sprinkles and they shorted me on the munchkin donuts as well. The chocolate donuts wasn't supposed to have sprinkles on them but I got sprinkles anyway.

Now I understand taking it easy on the workers. They deal with alot especially for what pay they get. However, some of these people clearly didn't want to work there. Most were in the back goofing around. And I made sure to give my order enough time to be prepared in advance because I ordered a lot. But my order was still partially incorrect, unready and unaccounted for. How can you be this unprofessional? Like when you're still reasonable and fair and something is still off. They weren't swamped with orders either by the time I picked up eveything. I took over an hour to get there so they have time for order to be ready just for it not be...

Fast service and polite workers. You can see this is a busy store but their workers move with a sense of urgency and that is appreciated because we are all running through there with a sense of urgency usually to get to work! Thank you Dunkin for my delicious cold brew! The food here keeps us going but I really wish Dunkin would change their egg products. They’re gross. I know that is not something that each store can change so I don’t want it to reflect poorly on this specific store. The four stars for atmosphere is because the dining area is usually a bit messy. I do know this is a high volume store so it may be challenging to keep up with but maybe if you have someone specifically on that task, to keep that part clean and presentable, that would make a big difference.
