Shout out to Kelly and Emma! Kelly and Emma my Dynamic Duo is what I call them in my mind! They make my morning every time I come through the Drive Thru. Great customer service is something I look for, this makes or breaks a business! Kelly and Emma are top notch! Kelly made it a point to say my name and that was the first time anyone there had done that. An amazing difference when you feel connected like that. She cared, she is a very genuine, fun, upbeat, and positive person. This is a trait you have, you can not train this. I also generally am not too fond of Starbucks because of a variety of issues BUT I have found one Starbucks in Eugene that beats all others and has a staff that really rocks!!

Read moreI usually just look past these things and don't bother but, I've been to Starbucks all across the country and this location has to be the one I've encountered the most issues with, from being ignored at the mobile pickup(when its not busy, otherwise i understand), so I just leave without getting what I need. To my girlfriend being looked at like she's committing a crime for asking for a straw. This is the most convenient location for us as it's on the way to her work, but it's not worth all the hassle. And if your lobby is closed how about posting a sign on the door, or closing the mobile ordering so people in a hurry on the way to work, or without a car don't waste their time, and money coming all the way there...
