gross, dirty ...never again if u want to wait 15 minutes for a coffee drink in a dirty gross restaurant where everything (floors, counters, salt shakers, sauces, chairs) NEED CLEANED & employees touch bathroom key then register then UR FOOD then go here 🤢 i tried couple years ago & it was ridiculous how long they took i just tried again & it was gross Everything was dirty, the employees were so slow. The one making espresso drinks Decided to stop making my coffee to show other how to make another drink The people who ordered that drink came in five or more minutes after me and they got their drinks and food before me (same things i got plus more)

The employees of this place don't care about cleaning, don't care about sanitising their hands before they touch food after they've touched a gross bathroom key or the register thing The one cooking has no skill to time things idk if they are all high or what but this place is just gross & takes ridiculous amount of time to deliver sub par food (no flavor)

o' @ clean the bathroom ! EVERY DAY!!! & the floor (I was in there right when they opened and they clearly had not swept the floor in at least a day, probably more like a week) o' & the menus! Everything should be wiped down every day that's that that's what running a restaurant looks...

My partner and I have been coming here for a couple of years now. It's one of our top cafés in town. We love the Bacon Breakfast tacos(AKA the Fantastic Four). We'll switch up our drink orders, and haven't had a bad drink yet. Today we enjoyed an iced chai and a london fog tea.

Parking lot is a little tight, but can't fault anyone for that. We havent had too hard of a time finding seating before, and they always seem to have good music playing.

That being said, the past couple of times we visited the customer service has left us wanting better. Specifically, there has been one barista who hasn't been very friendly on multiple occasions. She has been very short and curt, bordering on rude- and with almost no sense of acknowledgement before, during, or after taking our order. This is something my partner and I have experienced in our last 4 visits. We've noticed other reviews that touch on the same subject. These interactions set the tone for our visits, and incidentally we have been visiting less often. We hope the owner can take steps to return to the excelent hospitality we once knew here; we want to see this...
