Edit: Eva called me back to apologize again and offer a free drink if I come back. OP: Please reach out to me to make this right.. I said I needed something dairy free and caffeine free, she pointed me to the list of caffeine free and said she would use the soy milk alternative. I picked taro with boba, order #1021. Drank over half of it in about ten minutes, and ten minutes later started feeling sick. Called to make sure it wasn’t dairy and she said if the label doesn’t say soy alternative then it was cow cream. She apologized and voided the transaction. I’m going to be sick for the rest of the day, at least, with potential lasting effects throughout the weekend. Please make this right.

Really authentic Taiwanese milk tea experience, comparable to äŗ”十嵐 or ęø…åæƒē¦å…Ø. Their boba is not too chewy and the drinks aren’t sickeningly sweet like my local tea shops. I usually get the classic rose milk tea with extra small pearls, they go up the straw easier and the texture is fun and interesting. I’d stick to 50% sugar and light ice to get the most bang for your buck, as you’ll end up spending around $7 a drink.

WOW! I thought the Taro milkshake would be great and it was! But they put the amber pearls in, they are sweet and warm and a perfect compliment to the taro milkshake... that first sip was 🤌

TL;DR Every drink and food item has been delicious. The tapioca pearls always taste fresh. More toppings and customization available than other shops in town.

The details: I've come here once a week for a few months now ordering a different drink and a different snack each time and every single thing has been delicious. The basil popcorn chicken in particular is fantastic.

The tapioca pearls are perfectly cooked and taste very fresh. My main gripe with some of the other boba shops around is that the boba is often very soft and waterlogged like it has been sitting around in a very diluted simple syrup (or even just water) for hours and hours. At T4 that is not the case at all and they also give you about twice as much tapioca pearls as any other boba shop in town.

They are also one of the few boba shops in town that have grass jelly (tastes minty), coffee jelly, and a hot ginger milk tea (with large slices of real ginger).

I'm really happy to find a place that lets you adjust the sweetness without it changing the flavor amount. At some of the other boba shops in town when I'd ask for it less sweet they would tell me that the sweetness and flavor are from the same syrup or powder so less sweet will only mean less flavor. I'm very glad that they at least let me know of course.

Currently their sitting has been closed, it wasn't always that way. I hope they reopen it soon since it is the only downside. Lately I just walk around the corner and sit in the park.

Conclusion: Great boba shop for drinks and snacks. Lots of customization and options. I literally walk past other places that have boba just to get to T4. They are also becoming my top spot when I need a...

Used to come here all the time but the workers are so rude? They are so passive aggressive constantly, I have not had a single positive experience with any of these workers they look down on you just for wanting a stamp on your card or to ask a question. Why are they putting chairs up over an hour before close and telling me seating closes at 9:00 at 7:00 when I’m waiting for them to make my drink? The drinks are great but you never get any service from the workers, you can barely even get one at the counter to use a stamp card let alone order? Why are people being paid to just sit and have side conversations while not interacting with customers at all, I see them doing homework and sit on iPads and phones every time but I haven’t even ever been acknowledged when I step in. This is honestly a really bad place to get boba I wish there was a closer spot other...

Was walking by when we decided to stop in for some boba..there were three girls working..two were at the counter trying to decipher texts that a guy had sent one of them. When bothered to look up from their conversation long enough to answer a question they were rude, gave a two word response and went right back to talking to each other. Once we decided what we wanted, we were directed to use the self order kiosk even though I wanted to pay with cash. so I had to use my card, then the girl from the back comes out and makes my drink, so in not entirely sure why the other two were even being paid. Literally they did absolutely nothing the entire 20mins we were there, except recant the previous evening escapades and their dating lives. We will definitely never be back. Super entitled rude people...
