Tailored Coffee Roasters — Restaurant in Eugene

I really don't understand this place.. if a manager reads this, please take it to heart and not the wrong way. Sure would love to try their coffee but these guys are beyond irritating. They never answer the phone they list, they are never open and you won't know until you walk all the way there because they never update their hours which is super odd since everyone knows how easy it is to put effort into your business, a click of a button, so your customers aren't inconvenienced and constantly have to walk away with a bad taste in their mouth. I called their other location, guy picks up first ring and is able to explain they're closed until Monday? I walked in one time and immediately heard the phone ringing and ringing and the guy just stood there staring at phone, I asked for a latte and he told me they are closed.....(doors open, open sign on, hours clearly say they're open???)

I don't know what the deal is because the other tailored coffee roasters is completely different as far as service and response goes. If I could give them zero stars I would. Then again, if they wanted to reach out to me and maybe try to help me understand I would be more than willing to change my review! Really not trying to be a jerk, I just have had many bad experiences here and never even gotten to taste the coffee. I live close and Espresso Roma down the street is bloody absolute godawful coffee.....I've heard tailored is good though, so kind of a bummer I hve to give it...

I have no idea what these positive reviews are for. The sullen college students that pass for workers at this “coffee” shop served us bleary eyed and tired at 8 am, which is an absurdly late time for a coffee shop to open. The coffee itself was literally un-drinkable. My girlfriend and I both took 1 sip of the overpriced ($6/cup) dribble that passes for potable at this dump and gagged. Left it on the street corner for a homeless person and moved on. Please please please skip this heinous, over rated, stuck up excuse for a restaurant and stop by Marakai, Vero, or Magpie for a decent cup of coffee served by...

I was going to get a screening at the offices across the street one day. I was hungry, so I got a breakfast sandwich here and was blown away. Now I wake up in the morning and my first thought is their sandwiches. Sooo dang good. Had an Americano here once and the guy asked if I wanted it cold. Um dude, what? No. If you dont want to be around a bunch of college babies you best steer clear of here. Other than those things, it's a nice clean place with good hip music. Staff has always been nice...
