5/10/2022: Well, I tried them this evening. I had the bacon cheeseburger, and added jalapeno, tomato, lettuce, and onions. I also had their fries and a soft drink. It wasn't bad, however, at $21, "not bad" doesn't cut it. I've had way better burger, fries, and sweet tea for significantly less than $21, so I won't be returning to this chain. Furthermore, the staff still needs to work on their people skills. The cashier just came up and stared at me. But he took my order, and it was ready without a prolonged wait. Finally, for $21, I should get a number and have it delivered to my table, and not have to go pick it up. Whataburger, DQ, and Burger Box deliver to your table. Or, at least, remove the tip prompt from your credit card POS system. I opted out of tipping because of the high price and no table service. Previous review: Highway robbery! I decided to try this location after my unimpressed last visit to the Northeast Mall satellite location. First off when I walked up to the counter the cashier just stared, and didn't even smile or say "Welcome to Five Guys!" When I asked if he was ready for me, he just said "Yeah!" I requested a double bacon cheeseburger, and I was quoted a price of $10.77! For the burger alone, before the soft drink and fries! I immediately said no way! Then I went to the nearby Whataburger. I might have compromised and gone to a single patty, if the cashier wasn't so indifferent. I'm sure the cost would have exceeded $20 for a full meal, and if I'm going to pay that much, I want an exceptional experience! They don't even bring it to your table! Whataburger does, and costs less. Avoid...
Read moreI have never felt more villainized after receiving a wrong order and asking if they could correct it.
All I wanted was cheese and they gave me a plain burger and made me feel awful for asking if they could make me a new one with the cheese.
It’s a shame because it’s my fav cheeseburger period but the employees working the night shift on 2/15 /24 at this Euless, TX location could not have been more rude to me.
Not to mention it took 4 times calling just to get anyone to pick up. Then when I arrived to get my order the first time, they handed me the food not realizing that I hadn’t paid. I had to remind them that I needed to pay.
After I got home and found my order to be wrong, I called to ask if they could correct it which after multiple attempts of calling to get someone to answer, they attempted to claim that they couldn’t find my order. Then finally after finding it, he went on that it was me who ordered it wrong. Bro I just want my cheeseburger 🤷🏼♂️ I’m not asking for any special favors, I’m driving back to you.
Question, if I was trying to get something for free, why wouldn’t I have just walked out with the food the first time? Yall were about to let me just walk out.

Read moreJust read a couple reviews and my thoughts are correct. Five Guys, are y'all only looking for a specific audience cause I've experienced this treatment at more than one of your Establishment. This one was just the worst. NO ONE in the store acknowledged me when I entered, when I walked to the pick up line, not when I had a seat to sit down for the Order I was to deliver. I watched the young boy pack my order, look around at me and around the store, turned back around and started taking the order out the bag. I heard him say the name of my Order person. At this point, NO ONE still said a word. I had to say something. As a Delivery Driver, this is unacceptable and it's happening on a regular at your Establishments against Black People. In this situation, it's even worse cause you have a couple black kids working behind the counter. The black boy looked me up and down, turned around and him and the other black boy got together and started whispering...If you don't want Black Patrons or Drivers, then say so. You're in that Era again where you can speak like that and it's ok. After today, I won't accept anymore of your Orders. I do t have to take...
