At this location, the Outback Steakhouse has an amazingly detailed atmosphere and very nice appliances. The waiting seat arrangements are soooo warm, they have menus to view with very comfortable chairs, you feel at home. The food here is tha BOMB and the manager here went above and beyond to have my experience completely satisfied, like I am so grateful for what they did. I ordered the Parmasian Encrusted Chicken with a side of vegetables with a virgin-Strawberry Daquirey. The manager came and greeted me and asked how everything was, I always just nod and say yah it was grate blandly, and the he asked me how the Parmasian Encursted Chicken was and then somehow , someway the tastebuds on my tongue took the mic and began to speak the truth, I let him know that the dish really had not much flavor and it seemed like it was missing something, he offered me - ANOTHER ONE- and I was shocked. I said, you would really do that for me just because I wasn’t satisfied? He went ahead and brought me a duplicate bird that did not look like the last, Like this one was on a whole new level, so apparently the first one I got wasnt made properly, or wasnt done right because it looked completely different. The 2nd one had a crihsp and gnarly tomatoes that tasted really good, I was stoked and told the manager how happy he made me; I said the two dishes were like day and night, wait till you see my reference photos of the difference. Once I finished eating I went to the restroom to wash my hands and there it was, an automatic hand soap dispenser with automatic water. No words to describe the moment of bliss, the fact that they have upgraded systems to be environmentally friendly made my serotonin #moonshot like a bitcoin pump on a friday night. I have always wanted to see one in a restraunt and then my night was made when I turn around to see yet again, another automatic appliance, hello Auto-papertowel dispender; giving you an ample sheet for the perfect amount of water absorbtion. So now the night moving towards closure and I had already written tip of 7.50 on my check, when I came back from the restroom I added a 1 infront of the 7, making it 17:50$ :) Its true if the atmosphere is nice, inviting, and has a ergonomical restroom; you will be tipoes more because the dining experience is enhanced and are willing to give more, here are the reference photos. I have written a novel of a chicken dinner :O
Not to mention the Fried Pecan Blue Cheese salad, this salad was and is to die for; I would gaurd it like fort knox at a salad convention because I asked for a side of Coconut Shrimp sauce to amplify the flavor at a hyperbolic rate which increased flavor by 300% No reference...
Read moreVisited for a to go order tried to do it online but the service in the area was terrible. Walked in the Togo side to place an order no staff greeted me or my son. But the lady (grey shirt) early to late 50s seen us come through the door and continued what she was doing in the kitchen. About 5 mins later a gentleman came out of the kitchen and asked if we were picking up an order and my son said we were trying to order to go. The gentleman handed my son the menu and my son said Thank you. The staff person walked away without saying you’re welcome, no problem, or any recognition of manners to a customer. Staff person walked over to another staff person a male and made a comment. About 2 mins after that the other male staff person walked up to us HE was the only person that was obviously raised correctly or trained properly, as he was providing polite customer service. I don’t ever want to think the treatment we received was because we were African American but the odds are likely, sad world we live in today. Placed the order still because I was like no people aren’t like that it’s just probably a bad day or morning. There were only 3-5 customers in the dining/bar area. So not busy. Went back to our car to wait for the order and when the older lady brought it out to the car I said thank you AND her customer service was absolutely TRASH. That lady said “Have a nice day” with a bland disposition. We ended up given the food to a homeless person because with that treatment it’s most likely THEY SPIT in the food. I pray for the homeless man sake they didn’t because he didn’t deserve that but I hope he enjoyed his food. He was happy to receive. If working in customer service doesn’t make you happy to serve all people then it might be time to retire. OUTBACK will never receive my support again no where in the world. As this first visit was a horrible experience. I know there are good people in the world and again I’m not going to even believe this was based on the color of our skin. It was blatant, and I’ll just chuck it up as they are two miserable individuals who aren’t happy with where life has taken them. Praying their peace. To the other guy I wish I would have asked your name keep up the good work you gave us some hope that there are some good in folks, even if it was for face value. That’s how you work!!!! This incident happened 7/23/25 at 11:50-12:30pm I hope cameras can be reviewed to put those employees in customer service training. $38 ain’t cheap but I’m grateful to give it to someone...
Read moreThe staff was wonderful. All of the waiters were interested in making sure we had the best experience possible. I really enjoyed conversing with the staff. The dining experience is so much better when the employees chat with you about the items and venue.
Let me start the food reviews with the appetizers.
The steak quesadillas are pretty good. I was surprised that they did not come with some type of sauce or something to dip them in. They were still good without a sauce.
The blooming onion is just as good as it looks. I love the dipping sauce that comes with this appetizer. The batter and sauce has the right amount of zest and the onions have the proper thickness. This is my favorite appetizer any where.
The creamy shrimp scampi dip was not that good in my opinion. The highlights is that there was a pretty good amount of shrimp. The low points is that the dish was overpowered with lemon flavoring and it was hard using the chips to scoop out the dip. They should think about serving the dip with bread cubes.
Next, I will review the drinks.
The Bloomin Blonde Ale is a tasty ale. Not bad yet not spectacular. Homefront Hero Cocktail was very good. The Watermelon Rita had a strong syrup taste. I wouldn't mind having any of the drinks again.
Now, on to the dinner section.
The house salad was not good. It was too cold and I did not have enough dressing. After sampling the appetizers, I really didn't want to finish the salad anyway.
The grilled shrimp is amazing. The shrimp is cooked to perfection and comes with your choice of three sauces: teriyaki, garlic butter, and bbq. Garlic butter was my favorite but none of the sauces are bad.
The steak is amazing. The steak came as medium rare and it was seasoned to perfection. I did not need any sauce with my steak. I did not care for the mashed potatoes. Not that the mashed potatoes were bad but I was already full.
Now for dessert.
I got to sample the cheesecake which comes with your choice of sauce: chocolate, raspberry, and salted caramel. There is not a bad choice.
I will definitely be coming back...
