HORRIBLE service! I came through the drive thru mind you it’s lunch time. I waited a few seconds and no one greeted me so I said Hello? Cause I was quite confused why no one answered on the speaker and then the young man said yep! I said are you ready to take my order he then proceeded to say “YEP” mind you the store managers all have headsets on and they are allowing this gentleman to talk to a customer like I did something wrong. I go to the window they take forever to come and finally when they do I say are you the man that took my order he goes yuppppp I said you are really rude and then he has the audacity to stand there and yell at me over and over. I asked him to bring the manager the manager did NOT come. Then they proceeded to bring another employee to the window to say he was the manager his name was Luis or Lewis and then he also tried to say well we are busy. Mind you he could have greeted me and said hold on one second. How was I suppose to know what is going on inside? You guys forever lost a customer get it together. a few nights ago I ordered from here on doordash. I received a notification saying the order was ready for pick up and by the time I arrived, 3 teenagers hid behind the counter blatantly ignoring and laughing at me. After 10 minutes of trying to get their attention, or at least answers as to what was going on with my $30 order, a dirty blonde teenager came to the door saying they never made my order and to basically “f off” because they were closed. I understand that they were closed but why accept the order and say it’s ready if you’re not planning on making it? And why be terrible to me about it? My boyfriend defended me from his nasty attitude and he didn’t like that. The dirty blonde worker also yelled obscenities at my boyfriend and I and called him a “stupid retard”. I would not recommend going to this location ever if you’re expecting good customer service. I never received the refund , the app wouldn’t even let me because the blonde guy never made that happen on his end of the doordash order. Ordered a sandwich specially for my wife who is recovering from bariatric surgery a couple of months ago and can’t eat certain things, namely bread. The loudmouth working the drive through interrupted me practically every line of the order, annoying me to the point that I didn’t even order a sandwich for myself because frankly I just wasn’t hungry anymore after this irritation. I reach the window, and wait around 5 minutes for the 1 sandwich i ordered to be made(not exactly “freaky fast”) meanwhile I can hear employees inside playing with the intercom and generally seeming to have way too good of a time.
