Oh wow. What a ginormous disappointment this food is. Terrible would be the best word to describe it. We only went because a $25 voucher came with our room. My boyfriend, completely in the know about the bad reviews this place gets, decided he doesn’t want to “waste” it. Haha, he’s cute. I don’t want to say it was the absolute worst breakfast food I’ve ever had, but it really honestly was. The absolute worst, flavorless, unpleasant ever. Believe the reviews like I tried to. When people describe the food as being frozen for months-I would have to agree. The potato’s were not edible. Not one bit. My egg omelette certainly wasn’t made that morning. In fact, I doubt it was made this year. I’m not sure how you buy pre made omelettes but I think they’ve figured it out. This place must purchase pre made frozen everything and then try to get you to pay premium prices for terrible, low cost, and even lower quality frozen food. What a joke. They have the potential with the room and the views to serve great food but they choose this route instead. I have to say with the beautiful and historic hotel they have restored, it surprises me that they cut so many corners with the food. Trust my review and don’t get lazy and think you’re going to have a decent meal here. I promise, you won’t. And Eureka Springs has many amazing places that will blow you and your tastebuds away so save your calories and your wallet for them. Oh, the service in the ballroom was excellent. That’s why I gave an additional star. Didn’t go for the...

The dinner was a solid 2. Atmosphere was okay. Appetizer was some sort of crab dip. It was so fishy thats all I could tast. Husband had spaghetti and meatballs, he said they were extremely bland. I had the tortellini with a brandy infused sauce. All I could taste was the brandy, it was so disappointing. The alcohol taste was so strong it made the dish hard to eat. After about 5 bites I was finished. The redeeming food item was the tiramisu. A massive piece and it was delicious. Our server wasn't the most attentive guy but the server next to him was a wonderful server. She did a great job with her tables. We didn't see our server much till it was close to time for the check and had to flag him down for refills. I used to be a server for many years so I pay attention. Then we found out they split tips which I found pretty unfair considering he wasn't great and she went above and beyond. One meal there is all I'll ever need. I don't l really...

This place is magic! First, it's located in a 140 year old hotel, with all the charms of a bygone era. Second, the staff is amazing! These ladies make you feel so welcome and at ease. Then, there's the food! My son had a cheese pizza, and was amazed he liked it (picky eater). It was a white sauce with parmesan topping, and garlic breadstick crust. SO huge! My wife had the lasagna, so big we needed a box. I had the pesto Alfredo (with chicken). Couldn't eat another bite, and so good! They brought my birthday boy a complimentary tiramisu, and honestly, this was the best tiramisu I've ever eaten! Again, birthday boy is a picky eater, even he scarfed it down. (Of course we helped!) Between the ambiance, the fine service, and the tasty food, I highly recommend the Crystal...

The Crystal Dining Room tables and chandeliers were very elegant. Tablecloths and fresh flowers gave it a classy touch. Also, the wood floors were very nice. However, the building needed upkeep. The carpet was old and dirty. . Also, the windows and mirrors were dirty. Painting was desperately needed. Maintenance is desperately needed. One nice thing about eating here is that you can tour the house afterwards, see the pictures, and read the history. The food was very good. I recommend the cheesecake and lasagna. The staff were wonderful. If not for these 2 things, I would rate it a 3 due to poor building maintenance.

Like the Crescent Inn itself, the Crystal Dining Room is a reflection of the refinement of an era gone by. The dining room is massive and large windows circle the entire space. The Crystal Dining Room is one of the Crescent Inn’s greatest assets and the icing on top of a stay at either the inn or the inn’s Treetop Cottages. Although complimentary to guests, the breakfast buffet is great food in an almost formal setting. Expect an omelet bar with a choice of any ingredient you can imagine, several breakfast meats, homemade biscuits and gravy, freshly cooked potatoes, an egg casserole, fresh fruits, and breads.

Highly recommend visiting the Crescent for their breakfast buffet. It is open to the public and a fun, relaxing way to experience the hospitality of this historic hotel. We were seated by a window and enjoyed the fall colors. Great selection of food and great service. The made-to-order omelet bar was delicious and had a good selection of toppings, including fresh pico de gallo. Our waitress brought us a small to-go box so we could take muffins with us to eat on the hotel’s back porch. The hotel is open for free self-guided tours and has several hiking trails that are open to the public as well.
