My family and I stopped in on vacation for a sweet treat. We walked in with our 6 young children, and were immediately met with a look of terror from the lady behind the counter. I thought it was a little strange since the place was primarily an ice cream shop and was decorated with childlike decor, but we went along with it. Our 4-year-old daughter accidentally dropped her milkshake on a rug by the front door and the lady behind the counter acted like we had just killed her cats in cold blood. We felt horrible, scrambling around to try and help, but the lady made it very clear that we were not welcomed in her establishment. No one offered to make my daughter a new shake, and we left with my daughter in tears over the whole debacle. The ice cream was bluebell brand, nothing special, and I am disgusted with the complete lack of customer service. Do yourselves a favor, go to the local grocery store and buy a pint of ice cream. Read moreA vacation in the Eureka Springs area is not complete without one or two visits to Ice Cream Delights. On the visit my wife and I had cheese burgers. Fixed the old fashioned way with a nice size piece of meat and everything on it, delicious. While we were enjoying our burgers two women and a little girl were looking at the menu and asked about the hamburgers, one of the other customers spoke up and said best burgers in town. My wife and I agree, we’ve tried several of the places on the top 10 list for burgers and we like Ice Cream Delights the best. To top off our lunch we shared a bowl of blackberry cobbler with a scope of vanilla ice cream, to die for! This treasure of a eating place is like the old fashioned ice cream store and decorated in classic Coke memorabilia. We love it. Don’t miss it, it’s on Hwy 23 about 2 miles...

The decor inside was fantastic - like a 50s diner with red and white checker, vintage Coca-Cola signs all over, small tables to sit at, and an ice cream counter. Since the weather was nice, we decided to eat outside at one of their tables with an umbrella and enjoy our ice cream. Very nice staff, and considering it’s in a tourist town, pretty good prices! The hours are pretty slim though - something like 11am-3pm, so plan ahead before going - but...
