My husband and I booked a wedding package at Hidden Springs and I am so glad we did. I hadn’t been to Eureka Springs in many years, so when we decided to get married their I was a little nervous booking our wedding pretty much sight unseen! I have had some not so great experiences booking hotels online, so I was making sure I did my research! I read reviews, looked to every travel site and Facebook page for every place in Eureka Springs. I finally decided on Hidden Springs after I had called and talked with John. He was so sweet, answered all my questions and didn’t get annoyed with me calling several times! We didn’t have a huge budget, didn’t want anything fancy, just a nice romantic wedding for the two of us. Hidden Springs gave us all of that and more. John was our officiant and the ceremony was absolutely perfect. I wanted a photographer and John had one that he recommended so we used her. She was so amazing! Like John, she went out of her way to make our day perfect. Every detail of the package exceeded my expectations. The cottage we stayed in was clean, cozy, and romantic. I loved the location because when we were in the cottage we felt like the only two people in the world, but when we wanted to hit the town, we were just seconds from the heart of Eureka Springs. Breakfast was delivered to our cottage at whatever time we wanted. John also brought me a thermos of this amazing coffee he makes every morning at 6:30 am! All I had to do was open my door and there it was!! I could go on forever about the service there, because you just don’t find service like that anymore. My wedding was more than I could have ever imagined and that is because of...
Read moreReview does not reflect the superior personal service and care provided by the owner John! The breakfasts were a delight in the middle of a snowstorm. John catered to our every need and took amazing care of us! There were a few uncontrollable circumstances that affected our trip however. Namely 8 inches of snow, a power outage, and a balcony we could not use due to the extreme cold . We had triuble getting there because 3 streets were blocked off that led to the cottage due to snow and ice. The cottage is quaint, cozy, and a period piece to the 1800s. We missed not having a shower and limited hot water for the HUGE tub but the tub has a sprayer that can be used for a shower tho it can be lmessy. The kitchen and microwave amenities are available in a common area not in each room but are in very close proximity. All in all, come in season and enjoy this little oasis nestled in the heart of Eureka! Thank you John for all of your personal attention and excellent attitude!...
Read moreWe stayed at Hidden Springs Bed and Breakfast for our anniversary. John is a great innkeeper! He genuinely wants you to have a fantastic stay. I really liked the fact that not only the cottages, but also the suites have private entrances. We also had the choice of having breakfast wherever we wanted (in our room, the deck off our room, or the wrap around deck off the kitchen), it can be kind of awkward eating with strangers sometimes. We chose to have breakfast in our suite in a great breakfast nook. John even dropped of fresh coffee at out door at our requested time before breakfast. The Hidden Springs is only about a 4 block walk to downtown which is great because parking in Eureka Springs can be a nightmare. It is also an easy walk to a few of the springs that made Eureka famous. There are also lots of great historic and architecturally interesting homes and buildings near by. Thanks for everything John and we hope to see...
