Pineapple Paradise Ice Creams — Restaurant in Eureka Springs

we were in town to visit friends and they suggested Pineapple Paradise, a new food truck in Eureka Springs...and we are wowed! hubby and I had the Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich and it was SO good! the chicken was delicious and not overcooked, it was perfect...we also had the Tropical Sunrise drink, which was amazing! he had a Strawberry Dole Whip and I had the Orange Dole Whip, and just, WOW! the flavor was so intense, you know like you used to get back in the 60's and 70's when they made food/drinks with real flavor! this is a hidden gem and we will DEFINITELY be going back next time we're in town again! oh, and the owner is so friendly and sincerely interested in you having a great experience...I recommend this little piece of heaven...they don't have an extensive menu, but what they do have is...

Will never return. When my sisters and I arrived, we were the only ones there. While my sisters decided what kind of ice cream they wanted, I ordered a Quesadilla so he could get started on it. He then kept telling me that it would have to wait until he filled ice cream orders. As we stood there, more people had arrived and he continued to take their ice cream orders and failed to work on my order. ISN'T IT FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE???????? When about six more people walked up, I asked if he was going to have to wait on all of them before he started on my order and he said yes. That would be at least 12 orders after mine. I asked for my money back and left. I just don't understand why my order was not a priority over the people who weren't even there when we got there! NOT A HAPPY...

Stopped by here after a long day of exploring with our little ones.. the service was great! Not sure if it was the manager or owner but we were welcomed and the menu was explained. They offer free samples of all of their ice cream and the dole whip was so refreshing. My fiancé really enjoyed his root-beer float and my kids enjoyed the chocolate and birthday cake ice cream. A single scoop is really like 2 scoops! The gentleman welcoming even went out of his way helping get everything to our table and brought extra napkins and hand sanitizer for our kiddos. If I could recommend anything to them, make kid sizing available so there isn’t so much waste. Really appreciate all the extra effort. Your kindness made a difference to two...
