KFC — Restaurant in Eureka

Be sure to get a receipt & double check it. Went through the drive thru & ordered a big box meal with a regular chicken sandwich & Mac & cheese bowl combo. Got home & didn’t get the nuggets that come with the big box meal & the sandwich was spicy, not original, with so much spicy sauce on it that I couldn’t finish it, so basically paid $11.99 to have fries & a drink for dinner. Upon reviewing the receipt I saw that on the Mac & cheese bowl combo I was charged $2.99 to “Go Large” but neither asked for nor received large sized anything with that combo. This is the second time I’ve tried to order an original chicken sandwich but got a spicy one instead & the first time it happened was when they first opened last year so they’re still f-ing up orders & it’s even all different employees from when they opened so there’s no excuse for them to still be getting orders wrong & charging people for things they didn’t order. I expected better from KFC than that & will not spend my money...

Kfc has definitely gone downhill the food is inconsistent the chicken seems like it's cooked in old oil always.quit budget cutting for fresh oil customers can tell and the kitchen doesn't appear very clean the food tastes the way it smells and that's slightly rancid like chicken being cooked in poorly cleaned vats no pride in the product quality I feel the staff need to be retrained and the kitchen equipment throughly cleaned ie vats and chicken holding units. food shouldn't throw off my olfactory to the point that's all I smell or taste for hours and want to shower because I ate a chicken breast and 3 chicken strips. Employees Definitely not working as hard as there getting paid to work and care of the resteraunt cleaning and product quality. Kfc needs to inspect this location and shut it down untill they fix the issues cause I won't be back until its right management do your job if you don't have pride in your product find ...

The chicken was great when they first opened, there were lines. Fast forward to today. Empty, My order was "original recipe, it was soggy, skinless, and undercooked, the fries were inedible, being so salty, as well as what could be salvaged of the chicken. Just salt. The mashed potatoes were " blah". It was my second time since they opened, and the first time it was really good all around. They weren't busy today. I can't understand why the food was too salty to even eat. I got it to go after a long day. If I had tried there, I'd returned the whole thing. Try again. Then ask for my money back. Hopefully, they can lay off the salt. Let it cook, and I would gladly go back as I've loved KFC for a long time. The service was great. Very clean bathrooms and eating area. Until then. I only recommend saving your money and getting just their desserts that I haven't tried. Hopefully, they're better than the rest of...
