Wingstop — Restaurant in Eureka

Absolutely horrible service. I placed an order through the app and it gave me a pick up time of 1:35. I showed up at 1:50 to pick it up and they told me it would be a 1 hour wait. I explained that I couldn’t wait that long. I was picking this up to take to my husband for lunch and I needed to be there by a specific time. I requested a refund and they told me they couldn’t give one. I asked for a manager and he said I’d have to go online, they don’t do refunds in the store. My receipt says to contact the store for a refund. I told the manager and he said they don’t have a phone. So there was literally no way to get a refund. He tells me my order is being made. I wait 5 more minutes and tell them I need a refund again. A woman from the back office comes out and says my refund is coming. I wait some more. Ask for the refund again. The cashier goes into the back office and comes out and says the refund has been issued to my card and if I want it I’ll have to go to my bank. The refund was not issued to my card. I’m out $41 and no way to get a refund. The store is too new to even contact corporate through the app. I will never go here again....

First off I tried to call in an order and their phone line was not working, they suggested online ordering. Website was a breeze and said my food was ready in 15-20 minutes. Got there and the parking situation is horrible, we parked and had people block us in waiting for their food. The staff was nice even though you can see the frustration on their faces because they overwhelmed themselves. 1 hour later we finally got our food and drove home hoping it was worth the wait. Talk about disappointing, boneless chicken was cold…………COLD. The fries were HOT, while I was waiting I watched how they literally made 1 order at a time. I’m not a rocket scientist but when you have 10 orders and they are all boneless wings, cook enough to fill the orders to speed up the process. It’s literally precooked, heat it up so it’s hot hot.

I’m gonna suggest anyone who wants wingstop to wait a year until they get their shot right. Or you can simply go to McDonald’s and buy some really good sauces and soak them in the sauce. Oh, they were stingy with the sauces too, lightly covered and had no flavor. SAVE YOUR...

If I could give it zero stars I would tonight was my 3rd time going since they opened all the other times I went it was just extremely underwhelming and took ages to get my food and it was borderline disgusting almost inedible the chicken.I got bone in wings and they were so overcooked and had parts that were hard as a rock and they barely put sauce on the original hot so it was basically a plain wing and the lemon pepper was so salty and sitting in a pool of grease it was nasty.The cashier Jorge was a total douchebag too asking me a question than just totally ignoring my answer that went on a few times and got my name wrong.Fries were soggy and just weird I hope the hype around this place is dying because all this place is is frozen chicken wings and tenders that taste like something from Safeway or wincos hot food section but from a grocery store it’s more than half the price this place is a complete joke and a waste of time and money so overrated and over...
