I really enjoyed this place. It has a nice walking path that goes from one side of Eureka to the other and eventually connects with the trail that goes through Humboldt County and eventually through all of the west coast. The park has boat ramps and cinnects to the Boardwalk in Old Towne where most of the more upscale and eclectic shops call home. The Adorni Center also has an old world amphitheater where you can sit and watch the world pass you by or if you're really outgoing...test your vocals for the other townspeople! My only drawback with this space is that there tends to be a lot of foot traffic from the transits who inhabit the more prominent areas of our quaint little town. Its nice to check out carson mansion and the other victorians down there and imagine what it use to be like...

There is a cement amphitheater on the grounds that hasn't been maintained in years. The picnic tables are crumbling and the outdoor roof is just a skeleton of geometric beams. I tend to avoid that structure at night because it is pitch black and homeless people like to hang out there. The amphitheater has lights but they never come on. The waterfront trail is also pretty dark but it has nice...
