Me and my friend placed two separate mobile orders. Lobby was closed had to go to through the drive through. I was the first and only car. Waited about five minutes before they came to window. Told them I was there for 2 mobile orders. I sat in the drive through for about twenty mins. (Our mobile orders should of been ready).There was a total of two employees and only one person was putting the order together while the other one stood there and watched. At this point there was more cars behind us. I then saw a third employee. They handed us one mobile order. and told us for the 2nd order we need to go all the way to the back of the line of drive through and wait brcause it wasn't done. The second order was only chips and cheese are your kidding. I td you i was there for 2 mobile orders. Why didnt you hand me both? I just already sat in line for 20 minutes, I was the first and only car at one point and my mobile order should of already been done. I was livid.The guy responded that the chips and cheese mobile order was five orders behind? How???and hes the only one clocked in. I wanted to come on here and say what an awful experience that my fiance and I had today. It's not the food, that was consistent. It was the service, whoever was working the line at 1:00 p.m. today had such a foul attitude when we asked for shredded lettuce, they rolled their eyes It was so obvious that they were frustrated. I even verbally said oh no. Afterwards my fiance asked what the difference was between the honey Chipotle chicken and the regular chicken which to me is obvious but he asked anyways, just to get the person's suggestion I guess, and the person didn't hear them so they just threw on the honey chicken also. That person then walked over to start doing what I would assume to be DoorDash orders or drive-thru orders and in the meantime another person came over to finish us out. The person who finished us out asked the other person what kind of bowl my fiance had and the other person was really annoyed and said they originally had double meat and then asked for another protein. To which I objected and said no you didn't listen and you incorrectly put more protein on it. The person who now had taken over through away the food and made a new bowl which is fine.
