Worst service I have ever received. First off I go through drive through I start my order 2 chocolate frostys... Ok pull to the front... oh I also wanted to get a number 2 and a kids meal cheeseburger. 2 drinks a Coke and root beer... I get to the window they hand me a bag of food , gave me 1 frosty and 2 sodas. I let them know I still had a frosty I hadn't received.. I'm still waiting in drive through, check my receipt they rang me up for one. Ok ... guess a mistake (mistakes happen) however the way I was treated was unacceptable. The girl who came up to window since I was waiting I told her I had another frosty I ordered... holding my receipt and my debit card since they didn't get the second one on, instead of saying oh I'm sorry let me get it for you or just anything she walks away and gets her manager Jose... he comes to the window to show me the receipt that they made a copy of showing me I ordered "1"... as I'm holding my regular receipt with debit card I said yes I see one got rang up but I asked for 2... he didn't say sorry or acknowledge that they didn't get it, he just took my card and rang it up and than handed me another frosty.. I'm a little annoyed just by that but I just shrugged it off... driving home (almost home in my arcata residence ) I noticed something... I NEVER GOT THE KIDS MEAL! I drive back to Wendy's get out the car with my original receipt and the one bag of food I received. The gentlemen at counter just looking at me I ask can I speak to your manager(Jose).. he hears me just turns and says "yeah?".. I showed him I didn't get the kids meal , he just looks at me, I said you can check the cameras to make sure because you guys were rushing me right at the get go but can't get me my order right or give me all my order. He finally apologizes THIS time! But it wasn't sincere. He was more annoyed that I came back. This location needs more training. And not rush ppl through. Learn customer service. I'm not sure who originally took my order first receipt said Adelina and than when I got rang up the 2nd time for the frosty it said vanessa. Just overall horrible experience and I will not return. Read moreI'm super disappointed in this restaurant. This is a beautifully designed building and a wonderful lobby. However, ,the service sucks. There was a very nice gentleman who had ordered and went to wait for his food after greeting us. The manager was the one working the register and when we moved up she just walked away. Thinking she was just filling an order or helping get orders out, I waited patiently. The menu board is broken on one side so just the meals are on the 2 other boards. The manager never filled orders, she walked over to the unused side of the prep counter and started walking back and forth across the soaking wet floor to the coolers and back forth slowly so she didnt fall. I've worked fast food and that floor is slippery that snot. Even she didn't want to mop the guys shooting the breeze with her should of mopped up so it was safe. Meanwhile we are still waiting to get our order taken. She cleans the counter and finally walked back over. She never apologized or seem to even care. This Wendy's use to pride themselves in their superior quality of food and their service. That apparently no longer seems to be a goal. The other employee filling orders for a very busy drive thru was very polite. The ones preparing food were very busy doing their jobs well. Sadly I don't think I will ever return. Dave and Wendy...
Read moreCame to Wendy's on 2/22/19 around 8:15 pm. The line was backed up so I was waiting across from where the line usually starts. A woman, who happened to be a worker there, honked at me and inched forward until I moved so she could park in the spot I was in front of. There was plenty of other parking in the lot. Then, we ordered. When we came to the window, it was the same woman. She gave us our food with an attitude, and we noticed that we were missing multiple things and our drinks got messed up. So we told her the things we were missing. She doubted us, and made us give her back our food so she could check the bags because she swore she put everything in, and even yelled at is for it. Then, we watched her take everything out of the bags, and realize we were in fact missing our items. Then we watched her sneak the items into our bags. She then came back and gave us our food, and said that everything was there. She was extremely rude, and lied to us to make us look like we were idiots. Service...
