One Thirteen Coffeehouse — Restaurant in Eustis

An amazing coffee shop right in the heart of downtown Eustis. In my opinion a nice atmospheric coffee shop with plenty of room exactly what downtown Eustis needed.

There is plenty of space here for people and lots of space for working if you are like me and work remotely. It makes it a great spot to come and chill as well as a great place to come and get some work or studying done.

The atmosphere is welcoming and very simply but gracefully decorated. It has a feel to it that makes it feel very roomy and homey.

The coffee is awesome, I've had a lot of their special drinks that they change in and out and I've never been disappointed with a single one. My personal favorite drink is their Squad 7. Their cake is absolutely incredible especially the orange creme cake which is my favorite. You wouldn't even know their gluten free cake is gluten free.

Last but not least the owners Danny and Rae are incredible people who are always accommodating and very involved with their customers, their attitude really shows how much they care for community and the customers.

This coffeehouse is a rare gem, the owners are long time locals and you can tell they have a heart for the community. They have created the loveliest space that is perfect for lingering over a delicious drink and conversation with friends. I tried a hot spiced chai and it was perfection!! Being gluten free I was so thrilled to see gluten free cake and cookies on the menu and they did not disappoint!! The piece of gluten free carrot cake was so large I was able to easily share it and even take some home for later. This place has quickly become my go-to coffee shop. I’ve been searching for a spot in the area that offers a warm atmosphere, great coffee, friendly service, and a productive space to work and 113 exceeds that.

They support a local roaster that contributes to the fight against human trafficking. The food and pastries are absolutely delicious!! I love their chicken salad croissant, recipe made by the owner. They also offer rotating specialty drinks, which keeps me trying a new one every week that becomes a new favorite.
