My husband came in to do a DoorDash at this establishment and I had to use their restroom. The woman there was very rude from the moment I walked in. I was letting her know I needed to use the bathroom and she cut me off telling me she was still working on the DoorDash order. While waiting for the order, My husband had to use the restroom as well. After about 8 minutes she told me to check on him because “this has happened to her before”. I told her I thought that was weird but I still checked on my husband. After dropping off the orders, my husband and I came back to the restaurant to explain to her that we did not appreciate how we were treated. We were neither loud or argumentative. But Just like her first interaction with me, she cut through everything we said and told us we were wrong about how we interpreted everything. She said that doordashers come in and mess up her bathroom all the time. She didn’t apologize for cutting me off or profiling my husband for “being in the bathroom too long”. She yelled at us in front of all of her customers. Needless to say my husband and I will not visit this establishment at any point for any reason. And we will be sure to spread the word via our social media with over 50k subscribers. We will also let all of our family and friends know of this interaction so that they don’t receive the same treatment we did! We’re really praying that whatever you all may be going through will become better and that your customer service will follow suit.

Read moreI went to pita pit today having just moved from South Florida pita pit is the place to get a quick gyro. Unfortunately it was not a good experience. I placed my order with what seems to be store manager, another lady assembled my gyro. I had to repeat myself twice that I wanted white pita bread. As the lady was assembling my pita I saw a drop of either sweat or saliva drop into my pita. I was flabbergasted. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. I called customer service which directed me back to the store. I had left in shock. I call the store speak to the manager who is extremely rude and defensive. She told me to bring back the pita and show her the bodily fluid. Like seriously how are you going to see that in a gyro. I went back to the store, having left 3 minutes prior and spoke to the owner of the business who advised me they are only human and things like that will happen. I'm sorry if I'm paying for food I refuse to eat a complete strangers bodily fluid. Never in my 12 years of customer service have I experienced anything like this. From a customers point of view I have higher standards. I have contacted corporate and filed a formal complaint and demanded refund in store which I was granted. The entire order was returned. No way will I ever step another foot in pita pit. I went down the road to a real Greek restaurant and was blown away by the gyro....

When we walked in the lady behind the counter appeared to be making a call in order and stated that she would be with us in a moment. We said ok and patiently waited. Another couple comes in and and stands beside us. After she finished making the Pita’s she ten walks past us and begins to take their order. I was real confused because we were there first. After she finishes taking their order she then comes to us and asks are we ready….😳 As a business owner myself this is not acceptable at all I will never allow my employees nor myself to treat customers that way. We walked out and will never be back.
To answer your response we were not far from the register she knew we were waiting until she finished. The other couple walked in after us. Your restaurant was not packed with a line of customers out the door we were the only ones in there and she acknowledged us when we walked in. The other couple walked in 10 minutes after us. I feel that we were discriminated against by a minority and we are also a minority. Please check your cameras. Again your restaurant did not have a single soul in there and it’s not that big for us to be far away from a register. Your response is ridiculous...
