Recently, I visited the Mullins Crossing shopping center. I was debating on going to the Starbucks at Target or the main location in the shopping center. Clearly, I made a mistake by going to the actual store. Although the service was fairly great, I was not satisfied with my purchase. I ordered the new Serious Strawberry drink that everyone said was so good but it tasted like plain milk. Not 2% percent milk, but warm 1% milk. The barista who took my order was very energetic and very pleasant. It seemed like he enjoyed working there, but the barista who made my drink obviously was ready to go home. I watched her make my drink, and she put nostrawberry puree which I was very excited for. Immediately after tasting the drink, I poured lots of sweetener in it,but the drink just became worse. After leaving dissatisfied, I went home and blended my own strawberries with sugar. At once, I poured it in the drink, and instantly, the drink became so much better. I highly do not recommend this Starbucks to any customer looking for a drink made right. 6 dollars of my hard earned money wasted on a drink just because a barista not having it is...

Believe the other one star ratings, there is usually a long wait at the drive through. Iāve been sitting in line for 30 minutes as I begin to write this review. Sometimes I have to leave due to running late because I didnāt expect a 30-45 minute hold. Sometimes I have left the line after waiting over 20 minutes to go pick up my drink in store and itās still not ready, and there are also many people inside waiting as well. Sometimes the drive through will be closed at random, so you drive there and have to change plans. I usually order on mobile so I have already prepaid my order before dealing with the hold up. Management should look into their operations as they clearly canāt handle whatever is going on to cause such problems. This is the closest Starbucks to me and now I avoid it when I can or drive 15 minutes to the next location. It shouldnāt be that much of an inconvenience and I know many...

There was easily 7 employees but only ONE woman (black/white plaid jacket) making all the drinks. I donāt think this is her regular store because she asked where they kept various things⦠I finally had to ask about my drink after waiting 15 minutes. You could tell she was pulling all of the weight.
Finally, the young lady (Kaelynn) that was finishing my drink pulled a blender with white foam and proceeded to smell it and ask someone else if they knew what it was. While she was still unsure of what it was, she attempted to pour it into my drink. When I asked her to make some new - she insisted it was ājust vanillaā I insisted I wanted new - one because she wasnāt sure, two that blender had been sitting there longer than 15 minutes because I was standing there that long and no other cold foam drinks were made and three I didnāt want product that she stuck her face...
