Fine pizza. The way we were treated felt incredibly callous and uncaring, and I just wanted to pass along that feedback to the business.
Under 5 minutes after we paid the bill a hostess came up to us and asked us to leave because we were over our 90 minute limit. I totally understand and respect time limits and them being busy, but my mom was in the middle of an emotional toast about her parents (who have since passed) and how proud they would have been about my sister (who is graduating college and we were celebrating with the dinner).
It was a super emotional moment for our family, and my sister was tearing up. As this was happening, the hostess came up to our table and stood right over my sister (as she was starting to cry 🙃) waiting for a chance to get in.
In the middle of my moms speech, the hostess found a spot to interrupt and informed us that we were over our time limit and needed to leave. I do want to give the benefit of the doubt, but she had been standing there more than long enough to have heard what was going on and to see the tears on my sister.
After the initial shock of how brutal that interjection was, we all just felt pretty sad and bad and (obviously) left but I really wish there had been some grace for them to wait a minute or two before telling us to leave.
Not that it should really matter, but we had spent plenty of money, had gotten no earlier indication that we were overstaying our welcome, and our waiter encouraged us to order desert right before we paid the bill (again, under 5 minutes before this happened).
I’m really shocked at how uncaring and non-empathetic this felt, and hope that this was an honest misstep and not the typical way this...

It seems like you have to keep ordering to stay longer than 40 minutes. While the pizza was delicious, the bartenders were incredibly rude, and the management seemed more focused on making money than providing a welcoming atmosphere.
My friend and I were asked to move from our table because a larger group was coming, even though we had just started our evening. All we wanted was to enjoy a drink and chat for 1-2 hours. We ordered a pizza, wine, and coffee while sitting at the bar. However, as soon as we finished the pizza, the bartender immediately tried to give us the bill after we declined dessert. I still hadn’t finished my wine. I told them we weren’t ready to leave yet, but just 5 minutes later, another bartender placed the bill in front of us without a word, as if telling us to leave.
This is the worst part – when a bill is thrown at you without even asking if you’re ready. I should be able to request the bill when I’m ready, right? It felt incredibly disrespectful and ruined the experience.
I wouldn’t recommend this place. Don’t be misled by its upscale appearance – they seem to count every minute a customer...
Read moreMy wife and I have been here three times now, and after our most recent visit, I felt compelled to write a review. The food and service have always been phenomenal, but last night the staff truly went above and beyond.
When we arrived, we were offered a seat in the lounge area right away. However, my wife is five months pregnant and dealing with back pain, so that seating wouldn’t work for her. Without hesitation, the manager, Heather, kindly made space for us in the main dining area. It was a small gesture, but it meant a lot.
Our server, Teo, was fantastic—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. During our meal, the wrong pizza was brought to the table (my wife had been craving the four cheese). Before I even said a word, Heather noticed me looking around and came over immediately to check in. She graciously placed a new order and suggested we take both pizzas home, turning a small mix-up into a generous gesture.
The entire experience felt like we were dining in someone’s home, with hosts who genuinely cared. The team’s attentiveness and kindness made the evening special, and it’s exactly why we’ll keep...
