Me and my boyfriend have been here a couple times, but the last two experiences have been bad. The last time we went, it was my boyfriend’s birthday. We were not even greeted by the waitress, and she was very short and unpleasant. She didn’t respond to any of our please, or thank yous and she did not check on us regularly to make sure we needed anything, refills, sauces, etc. then when we got towards the end of the meal, we let her know it was my boyfriend’s birthday and asked if there was anything they did for birthdays (dessert wise). She did not even acknowledge it was has birthday, and said rudely that they have a birthday cookie. 10 mins later, another waiter brought out a 2 inch sized cookies with a sad scoop of ice cream. The cookie was cold and stale. We left exact change and didn’t tip. The most recent experience, about 20 mins ago, was horrible as well. I informed the waitress that I was allergic to garlic and onions, which the meal had. I asked to leave those out. From my understanding, they made it seem like this could be accommodated. She asked a couple questions about my allergy and left the table. We get our food and I start eating my chicken when I notice there are chunks of onions in my rice. I immediately stop and we let the waitress know. She apologized and took away the rice and I asked if there was any onion or garlic powder on the chicken and fries I got, and she said no. With that said, I trusted her and continued eating. With that said, I am currently at home with my ribs, stomach, and chest absolutely on fire. I feel like a bloated prairie dog in the hot sun that someone ignited. If you tell someone you are allergic to something, you’d think they would leave those items out of your meal. I made sure to double check multiple times that these things were not used to season my chicken and fries and was repeatedly told that the answer is no. Obviously this was a lie and my body is paying for it and will continue to pay for it for the next few days. Bubbas needs to ensure that allergies are taken seriously because one day, someone is going to end up in the hospital or die because of their negligence. I don’t blame the waitress for this, but the kitchen. We will not be returning again...
Read moreNew place, New atmosphere to mix up the mundanity of the usual Evansville cuisine. We had to walk up and reserve a table and was told it would be 10-15 minutes, we were ok with that but then blown away that it only took maybe 1-1.5 minutes and it was ready for us. I ordered the fried pickles for myself and the twisty cheese sticks for the lady. The fried pickles were a nice 8/10 with ranch and different sauce served with them, while the cheese sticks were, as usual, served with fresh made marinara. Those were some of the better cheese sticks I've had, light, crisp, and gooey the way they should always be.(8.5/10) I also enjoyed the perfectly blended Long Island Iced Tea that has an option for an extra shot to be added in a separate tube thats literally submerged in the drink's glass itself, known as a "Rocker". It was so well blended I could barely tell it was alcohol. For the main course, I ordered the Fish & Chips (8.8/10) it had nice flaky breading on both pieces of fish and comes with seasoned fries and cole slaw as well as a cup of tartar sauce for the fish. The tartar might be made in-house because I've never tasted tartar that fresh and delicious. The GF had ordered the Chicken & Bacon Mac 'n Cheese. The chicken was cooked perfectly, fell apart before it hit the tongue, juicy and lightly seasoned, the flavor paired excellently with the bacon and Alfredo cheese, and the curly noodles were a visually pleasant touch as well. I think she got the best dish.(9.2/10) The bar area was a bit loud but thats because its a new place and it was packed! And they had to play music loud enough you could hear it over all the people talking.
If you find yourself stopping by here for dinner, I hope you get Micah as your server, she ran around from table to table and never forgot about us. Very good timing with checking up for any refills or missing items.

Read moreOk, so we eat here at least 3 times a month. I usually order curbside pick up. 2 out of 3 times a month the order is wrong, and I have to go inside to get it straightened out. Most of the time I just let it go. Today I am going to complain. I had the order brought out, and I checked it. It was wrong. Took it in. The person delivering the order came out to let me know they put in a new order and it will take about 10 minutes. I handed her the side of fries I had ordered and asked if I could have fresh fries. She asked me if there was something wrong with the fries, and I told her that since I had to wait 10 minutes, I would like to have hot fries, not cold ones. She instantly looked at me like she was annoyed, and said. " Well, I will have to talk to my manager about that." And walked away. As I am sitting in my car, I see, and hear her talking to the manager on the patio, and some not so nice words were used. I order the exact same thing every time. Boneless wings, sauce on the side. Salad and fries. When my order is wrong, it is usually because they don't put the sauce on the side. No big deal, I just ask them to make new. No worries, I don't mind waiting. One time they gave me someone else's order and I had not checked it, because I was in a hurry. They called me to come back and get my order. Again, no big deal. Errors happen. But when you make the error then have attitude and talk about the customer, that is crossing the line. Not sure I will be coming back. Update....I spoke with Ashley, manager on duty, and explained what I heard and saw from her and the other employee. Her response, Well, all i did was get you fresh...
