Instead of going to crumble I decided as a after school treat for the first day of school to buy cookies and I loved that they had so many vegan options! They replaced a vegan one they were out of with a non-vegan cookie And they very clearly communicated that on the receipt. But one that was labeled vegan had gelatin in it... but they were so good I didn't want to write a bad review or call in and complain but I wanted them to know so I was thinking about how I should call them up and just give them a heads up...and before I got home from the store they had already sent somebody out and replaced the two mistake cookies on their own without me even notifying them. and I really appreciate that about a business they have so many great flavors and one of the few places that you can get...

Seen their cute stand at Arlington Sky fest today, bought some cake cups and macarons and cookies and absolutely regret everything besides the cookie. Macarons were hard and crackly which should absolutely not be, all of it was hard and gross and WAY too sugary. for context ima big girl and like some sugary treats but these were overpowering at best, same with the cake cups absolutely grainy as hell and dirt textured and tasted like she took essential oils for diffusers and put them in as “flavoring” for the cakes and frostings. As for service it was great as they were super kind. Cookies are good too, def recommend the cookies. Ordered a cake a week in advance on the website. Showed up to get the cake and it was closed, called and they said they’re closed Sunday and didn’t realize they had an order today (Google says open on Sundays and order form let me select Sunday for pick up) she said she could refund me or go out of her way to come to the shop and had me wait to decorate it, she wasn’t very kind at all. The cake ended up looking like crap for my son’s 1st birthday. (I covered up a lot Of the flaws for the photo) Tasted good though. I guess don’t order on Sundays? I probably should have just asked for a refund but didn’t have a back up plan with such short notice....
