I had a BOGO coupon for 2/1 Whoppers, so I decided to go through the drive-thru at this new BK location, to check out the whoppers. I waited in the drive-thru for over 1/2 hour. Finally, when I was able to place my order, I requested 0 onion, but extra pickle. I handed over my $ and coupon, and received a bag of food in return. I inquired whether it was in fact 0 onion/extra pickle. The gentleman manning the food service inquired of someone I couldn't see, and returned to give me a grin and a thumbs-up. I thanked him, and headed off to drive home. After unloading other purchases from the car at home, I settled down to eat 1 burger, and put the second away in the fridge. Upon unwrapping the first one, I didn't see any beef - but very dark chicken. Looking at the paper wrapping it, it said "spicy crispy chicken". I had 2 chicken sandwiches, no whoppers. There was no receipt in the bag, nor had I been handed a receipt. I googled the phone number and called the Evergreen Way location. No answer - it went to voicemail - twice! This location not only is NOT CAREFUL about filling orders, they also don't want to hear back from their customers. I can't eat "spicy" chicken, because I don't tolerate spice. Additionally, if I had wanted chicken I would have ordered it. I wanted a burger - but didn't get one. I spent so much time waiting in the drive-thru line, I have no intention of going back for another long wait. I found and called a universal BK Customer Service number. I talked with someone who was somewhat easy to understand through her thick foreign accent. I requested that she contact the location and secure a free delivery of the 2 whoppers to my address. She said a manager would call me. I asked if that would be within the hour. She wouldn't agree to any timeframe, but it would be "ASAP". Read moreI placed an online order for dine in and arrived about 10 minutes before order completion time. I told the young man working the counter my name and he said he would bring it out to me when it was ready. My husband arrived shortly after and I wanted to wash my hands now that he had arrived to wait for our food. It took my husband asking 8 times to get someone to open the bathroom door. The two men working the counter would not even speak to him. They literally just ignored him. I was finally letting into the bathroom and thanked him, he ignored me as well. My husband asked for the manager on duty and the younger man kept asking "Why? What for"? He then indicated the other young man was the manager and when asked if he was, he shook his head no and the other one just shrugged his shoulders. We never did get a manager. I had to ask for my order, that by now was 15 minutes past the time to pick it up. The bags were smashed down and the food was smashed. We asked for a courtesy cup for ice and was told they no longer have them. I saw one given to the customer ahead of me. The employee then said that they don't have courtisy cups, you have to pay for them. That was fine, we didn't mind paying for it. The treatment we received was absolutely disgusting. The behavior of the two men representing the business was so offensive and unacceptable. I am 46 years old, my husband is 60. We were so disrespected. Read moreI ordered a cheeseburger for my daughter with the fiery mango fanta freeze drink, and chocolate chip cookies. I ordered an Italian crispy chicken sandwich with medium onion rings and a large iced water. I paid and went up to the window to pick up my order. I was given my water and a large orange fanta soda. My daughter didn't want it. So I spoke with them and then they tell me they are out of the fanta slushy drinks. They took back the fanta soda. My daughter orders the coke slushy. We get the bag, and the coke slushy. I give my daughter the cheeseburger and the cookies, and she has her coke slushy. I find out that I got a regular crispy chicken sandwich and chicken fries. Where is my Italian crispy chicken sandwich and onion rings? This is so messed up. I missed lunch, and was ordering something for an early dinner and get this wrong order. I eat it because I paid, but they slipped food onto us without telling us they were out and giving us a chance to choose another option, and they totally messed upy order. The car behind me honked so I had to move on. I grumbled and said I am going to post a review on Burger King. I am missing that Italian crispy chicken sandwich, the tomato sauce and melty mozzarella would have made my day with some nice onion rings. At least they got my iced water right. SMH.
