They have sales. A BOGO of some kind here, a 20% off there. It's lunacy, really. As far I can tell, every product eventually gets its turn. Something is always on sale when I go in. It also helps me find new brands and stuff I love.

But wait. I tried something new on sale that I DIDNT like?! HOHO! Well good news! Return it within 30 days! But also don't be a jerk and scarf it all down before saying so, obviously.

It's a beautifully simple system.
