I ordered here for the very first time tonight, as wings sounded great. The first thing I noticed was how expensive their wings seemed to be, but maybe they are amazing and plentiful.
I placed my order via GrubHub, and waited for the delivery. The food was ready and it was delivered in 1/2 the time the app said it would, talk about service!!
Then I opened the packages and started to examine and eat my food, and the results were less than stellar.
First, the wings. When you order them, they offer a choice of seven thousand dressings to dip them in (slight exaggeration) . I don't like things too spicy, so I stayed away from things like Jalapeno, or Buffalo, as I know those are spicy. I ordered Honey Mustard dipping sauce, which while I know mustard can be hot, typically they aren't in these types of dips unless the establishment tells you so.
The dipping sauce was not in a container that I could use to dip, instead, they smothered all of my wings with the sauce and didn't even offer an option of it being on the side. And guess what? The honey mustard sauce is SPICY AS ALL HELL. So now I am forced to wipe off my wings that I paid $1 each for and I am not happy.
Maybe a consolation prize for me, I went to my french fries, hoping that would at least partially save my meal. I paid $5.00 for them they should be good right? I opened up the box and was blown away. I had received about 25 shoestring french fries, about the quantity of a $1 menu from McDonalds. The fries were not crunchy, they were barely cooked. I took a picture next to a dollar bill so you can have a size comparison of exactly what Buffalo Wild Wings provides for FIVE DOLLARS.
Do they think they are in Bellevue or something? Are these the best fries and wings I've ever had? Heck no, there is no way this was worth the $27.00 I paid in total for my dinner to be delivered.
Thinking maybe there was a mistake with my fries, I even called the restaurant to find out if there had been a shortage in fries or if perhaps they gave me the wrong order? The pleasant lady who answered the phone explained to me that they don't do portion sizes, the person in the back just grabs a handful and throws them into the package and that's what you get. Really? Is there any way to get my fries prepared by the person with the biggest hands?
This was honestly a rip-off, and I won't be patronizing this place ever again.
If you want to be robbed, feel free to get your food here. Me? I will be patronizing establishments that know what value is, and there are MANY of them who serve excellent food in Everett.
The only reason this is getting 2 stars is because the delivery was so damn fast. Too bad I wasn't looking for a fast race car driver this place would have been perfect! (Oh wait, that was GrubHub's driver, nevermind)
Sorry about the images, apparently Google is too stupid and is showing them heavily zoomed in and in street view, because you know, they don't know any better and are...
Read moreI'm not one to typically write negative reviews. but sometimes i have to make an exception. I realize that this is a sport bar themed to provide good wings. Unfortunately, that was not the experience we had this past weekend.
We decided to stop in since we had heard good things about Buffalo Wild Wings from friends and family. We walk in and stnad there awkwardly as the hostess and one of the servers(?) are standing there flirting and chatting. finally they notice us and place us at a table after a minute or two. Our server (really the only saving grace for this place) takes our drink order and appetizer order and after coming back with drinks takes our food order. We ordered their "famous" Queso Dip as an appetizer and some boneless wings. as an entree we ordered a burger and the southwest sampler. then we waited, and waited, and waited...
Finally the appetizers came out after about 20 minutes of waiting and as soon as we had gotten a bite down our entrees arrived... They offered to take it back until we were done with our apps but we figured wed rather eat it now than instead of after it had been sitting under the heat lamps for another 10 minutes which i assume is what happened with the appetizers.
To sum up the food was terrible. Their queso dip was essentially canned chili and EZ Cheese. The burger was cooked to well done (who does that to a burger?) despite being asked to make it medium. The wings were nothing but rubber, and the southwest sampler was an absolute mess. The nachos were covered in their cheese and chili mix, the tacos were decent but covered in enough chipotle sauce to drown a bison, and the quesadilla was more of their rubbery chicken and their EZ cheese mix. I mean for heavens sake when TACO BELL has a better quesadilla than you do maybe its time to rethink something? The one positive that i had was that the pico they put on the nachos was actually very flavorful and did much to offset the cheesy greasy mess that they called nachos.
I can only hope they get their act together but it seems unlikely considering its a chain, regardless of whether or not they did they have managed to lose a customer not just from this location but from every other location as well since, they're a chain and chains usually have prepackaged food so its consistent across the board. We went in expecting bar-food so our expectations weren't high. to be able to provide below that already low set bar is unfortunately for us a complete...
Read moreWent here on a Thursday night and we were very dissapointed. Walked through the door and no one was there to greet us. Finally someone came and told us to wait just for a little bit longer. The thing that was so frustrating was that the restaurant was nearly completely empty so tables were quickly available for us. Finally someone came and got us a table. We ordered our drinks and those came out quickly. We said we needed a moment more to look in the menu so our waitress left but she was gone for 10 minutes so our drinks were empty and we were waiting to order. Finally she came and we placed our order. We just got apps, and they were the fried pickles, (which if you come to BWW, you have to get them. They are delicious!) mini street tacos, and chips and queso. The pickles were great, but the tacos were average and the queso was about as bad as if it came from a jar. Very processed tasting. So besides the long waits and below average food, the music was way too loud as it was hard to talk and hear the whole evening. Also it was very cold as you could feel a cold draft coming in. Another problem was our waitress never took our empty cups so we had 4 empty cups and 4 full cups on our table. I love BWW a lot and always enjoy coming, but it was my first here at this location and it was a very bad experience. Please do not think that I'm just a person who is stubborn and can't be pleased, I am just giving my honest experience from this BWW and hope that the management can fix these problems so this certain location can turn into the fun...
