Love the renovation they did here. So sleek and modern. They have ample parking, 2 floors of seating to choose from with an elevator going to/from second floor, so yes there are handicap accessibility throughout. Also this McDonalds is impeccably clean. The service is a hit or miss. Actually the drive-thru associates are ALWAYS awesome and on point with their orders but whenever I go inside I swear something gets screwed up with my orders or others orders and the staff are rude and unprofessional. At least 4 times in the past couple months it took almost a half hour to receive my order when I went inside to get it to-go. I was only ordering kids meals & an extra fry those times, with the exception of 1 time. After waiting almost 20mins I decided to ask what was going on because all the other customers were flipping out or walking out and I got the most vague, rude response from who i think was the manager. He said "it is what it is, you dont like it you can leave." I was extremely polite especially if being compared to some of the other customers that time who I thought were about to jump behind the counter and ring his neck. I had hungry kiddos with me so I stuck it out and got my food another 10 minutes later which meant 30 minutes for "fast food". Read moreService very slow most of the time. Staff courteous, friendly and helpful with computer usage if one chooses to utilize that method of ordering. For small orders, one shouldn't have to wait for larger orders to be completed. Drive through should have a passing lane on the right for those who need to escape the long line wait in drive through, especially when you are only ordering one beverage. Door exit from the building on drive through side of building extremely dangerous for pedestrians leaving the building there. Bathrooms very nice and clean. Nice and comfortable seating arrangement. Your coffee cups leak at the seams and cannot be microwaved. This particular store on route 99 in Everett, Massachusetts very cheap with the napkins. When you ask for napkins you are lucky to get two of the lowest quality napkins with no absorption ability for all that dripping coffee from defective coffee cups and melting ice cream cones. Finally, entering and exiting the parking lot to order and leave quite awkward having to circle the building twice. Also, backing out of parking spots including handicap spots next to building dangerous especially when people entering the lot to order come whipping around the corner to order food to satiate their voracious appetites. Read moreEdit:after dealing with store customer service and it being a nightmare I contacted the Brewster company that operates this franchise. Brian reached out to me and offered a comp meal. If you have an issue I highly recommend reaching out to the phone number by the front desk if those working refuse to make it right.
My original issue:
Jan 14th 2025 placed a mobile order for drive through, picked it up and rushed home for a meeting. Found out from my wife that they missed two medium fries and two apple pies.
Threw in a ticket on the app which even has a category of support for missing food items. Explained the situation. Next day get an email back "we have forwarded this along to the store, you have to go there for a refund."
Next day I go to the store, explain the situation. I tell them i'm open to a refund or an equivalent credit for something (because i'm not going to pig out on two orders of fries and two apple pies.) 30 minutes of back and forth and the two "managers" calling the "store manager" and they come back and tell me they won't provide a refund or equivalent credit. We're talking like $8 equivalent or less here... why such a nightmare?
