Texas steakhouse — Restaurant in Everett

Where do I start?? I'm a regular customer to the roadhouse and I've never witnessed the mayhem that was Sunday 10-8 ,my waiter was nowhere to be found,I felt as if I had a 3 yr old baby sitting with my girlfriend and myself except I don't have kids*they seated a family reunion all at once table with some extension coming off of that with another child seat pulled up to their table making it IMPOSSIBLE to walk by or God forbid an emergency took place someone was getting tumbled on and hurt,(Fire hazard) moving on to what I used to think of as the best Caesar salad around was the worst I've had,very dry,I don't like the cob of lettuce in my salad either,not sure who does! My girlfriend had the ribs which were dry,very little sauce;marinade on them,my filet was ok although I wish I ordered the bigger one as I usually do as it was on the smaller side,not eating the salad didn't leave too much left I'm just shocked at the whole ordeal ,we were regulars at the roadhouses but now I'll be hesitant the next time we think about going for a steak...

In short, not touching the Ziosk device (a little like tablet) on your table!!!

I went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner—the steak was great. However, while waiting for my food, I was exploring the Ziosk tablet at the table just to see what it offered. I was surprised to find a $1.99 charge for "premium content" that I didn’t intentionally purchase. There was no clear warning or confirmation that I would be charged. This felt misleading and took away from an otherwise enjoyable meal. I hope the restaurant and Ziosk improve how they communicate charges to customers—it’s not a good look and negatively impacted my dining experience. It's...

I really enjoyed the food. The service is great. The food came really fast. The persons next to me on the right and left all get large portion. But my grill chicken breasts are small size. And the steak is small too. I guess I ordered the wrong thing. I'll try the T bone next time. It's Texas! Suppose to be HUGE. The food is great and tasty. Great atmosphere. Will come back to try...
