We ordered number t9 from the image on the wall. The image showed 6 tempura shrimp. When our order arrived it was two fried shrimp, potatoes, onions and a carrot. I went up to the counter and told her that we ordered t9 the shrimp tempura. She told me no, t9 was the tempura combo plate. I gestured toward the picture with ât9â written right on it. The lady told me no, that was the dinner platter, if I wanted all shrimp it was more expensive. I had to literally point to the picture and say. âThere are only shrimp in this picture, I see six shrimp tails in this photo, if this is not what you are serving then fine but this is false advertising. She then said that in all these years that I am the only one who had ever had a problem.
I told her that I guess the only option I have is to leave a bad review. Frankly, the fried rice was good and the portion of fried rice was good but considering that my whole meal was awkward and uncomfortable because of their misleading menu pic, I am not about to give more than thr one star.
I really donât like unpleasant confrontation but for the sake of sparing someone else getting a different meal than what they ordered, so be it.
