Starbucks — Restaurant in Exeter Township

Okay I love starbucks will get it too much honestly, but this starbucks is my least favorite to go to and is unfortunately the most convenient with location. They are extremely slow. I have waited in this drive thru live with only 2 cars for at least 15 minutes before and when I get to the window my order is still not done even though I mobile ordered 10 minutes before I got there. There was one experience I mobile ordered and picked up in the store and while it was closer to closing I walked in it wasn’t ready so I took a seat and I watched 3 girls walk into the back and choose cleaning up tasks over making my refresher which is the easiest drink to make as a former starbucks worker at the giant. I haven’t been happy with the service at this starbucks at all since it opened. They are slow, probably because they decide they don’t want to make the drinks and half the time the order...

Staff has no idea what they are doing. How are you going to be an actual starbucks Cafe and be worse than the ones in target or giant ... .. not to mention the incompetent person who designed the parking lot and drive through!!! A blind person with no building planning experience would have done better... how you gunna have the drivethrough overflow spill out into the main through street to the shopping center... bonehead design it backs up traffic infront of lowes everyday! Needs to be redesigned to the rear lot... they also need to hire a whole new team of experienced starbucks staff for a location with this much traffic you can't have kids that don't know what they are doing. They need to seriously rethink this location 3 starbucks within 30 seconds of each other city planner / manager...

The staff at this location do not listen to your order at all! I don’t go to Starbucks a lot but thought it was nice this one popped up on my drive to/from work, but literally every time I go they get my order wrong! They don’t listen to what you say, I have gotten coffee 3 times that was supposed to be decaf and it’s always caffeinated. And I cant drink caffeine. I have also ordered drinks with light ice and they always come completely filled top to bottom full of ice. The sticker even says light ice, but they are always packed with ice, so you get no actual drink. It’s just a disappointing location so far, not impressed.
