Ordered pizza the evening of September 1, 2019. The pizza was due to arrive 72-82 minutes later. 25 minutes late (107 minutes after order), called in to find out the status of the order. Customer service rep knew that the pizza delivery person had taken the pizza “a while ago,” but knew nothing else. Said to call back in 10 minutes if it hadn’t arrived.
12 minutes later, called back and waited on hold for around 7 minutes (126 minutes after order, pizza ~44 minutes late). Charge was voided, but customer service rep could not do anything.
Waited a full 3 hours for pizza after original order time, then ended up going out for McDonald’s after 11PM.
The next day, tried to give them a chance to make up for the poor service and show that it was a fluke.
After waiting for 75 minutes, called to check on the order because of the experience yesterday. Kept getting put on hold and was hung up on. Talked to a customer service rep about the status of the order and mentioned that pizza never arrived the previous day. Customer service rep raised voice and did not care to make sure that better service was received. Rep even said about delivery driver, “he’s not that good”.
Cancelled order then and there and made an order for Great Alaska...
Read moreThey were not attentive when I walked in to pick up our order, when I got home to have dinner we opened the boxes of wings that we received. We ordered some without sauce and some garlic parmesan, we received no sauce at all on our wings. When I tried to call them they did not answer the phone so I drove back to the store with my wings that were supposed to have sauce. When I showed the wings to them all they said was we can fix that for you and poured sauce on the now cold wings put foil on top and handed it back to me. That is not how good customer service works, what should have been done was to remake the order correctly. I will be getting in touch with the district manager as to this is not the first time this has happened to our order. I will no longer go to this location. This location has gone down hill and it shows that they have absolutely no pride or care at all about their work ethics or customer service. Read moreCalled and ordered for pick-up, and the person I spoke to at first was professional and took my order for 2 large pizzas, one a meat and one a pepperoni. He asked all the right questions and took my order quickly.
We picked up our pizza and took it home, managing to pick the pizza up a few minutes before the said ready time. But once home we found that our pepperoni was a cheese. So I tried calling the same place I ordered from and it was still a couple hours before closing. The first time I called it took them a while to pick up and when they did it sounded like they just muted the phone and set it aside. I sat on the phone for about 5 min before calling again and the phone was picked up after a couple rings but this time I could hear them pick it up, then immediately hang up on me.
