Blue Flame Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Fairbanks

The bartender Liz was rude and lied directly to the patrons at the bar. She said the bar was closed but decided to attempt to keep it open while others arrived. She clearly was in a bad mood and couldn't articulate to the patrons what was clearly established on keeping the bar open. This was at 8pm. Clearly customer service is not at the forefront of this establishment. She said she is the manager and makes the rules. Save your money and buy your own bottle and serve yourself.
