This is not just another Fairbanks Thai restaurant! We had the khao soi, egg rolls, and angry angel noodles (secret menu item). Everything was phenomenal. The angry angel is basically Thai-style Singapore street noodles which exists nowhere else in town! We will definitely be coming back. This is a food truck but it operates at the End of Line food truck park with plenty of indoor seating. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for some great Thai food in Fairbanks! You are welcome to sit inside the building, which was very fancy and modern looking! Very clean, neat, and tidy. Not much of artistry inside but very cozy area, warm, and great for family! Will definitely come back for more noodles!

Anchan Thai Fusion, at the End of Line Food Truck Park, serves the best Thai food in Fairbanks. I was raised downtown and lived off of the local Thai restaurants forever, and I can say Anchan serves the best. So glad I discovered this place. I highly recommend you...
