Anchan Thai Fusion — Restaurant in Fairbanks

This is not just another Fairbanks Thai restaurant! We had the khao soi, egg rolls, and angry angel noodles (secret menu item). Everything was phenomenal. The angry angel is basically Thai-style Singapore street noodles which exists nowhere else in town! We will definitely be coming back. This is a food truck but it operates at the End of Line food truck park with plenty of indoor seating. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for some great Thai food in Fairbanks!...

Amazing thai food truck! I love the thai spice they use. Spicy but not spicy enough for me. I'd say 7/10 spicy (I have high spicy tolerance). They used angel hair noodle on the noodle I ordered which was really great because that's my favorite type of noodle.

You are welcome to sit inside the building, which was very fancy and modern looking! Very clean, neat, and tidy. Not much of artistry inside but very cozy area, warm, and great for family!
