Can't recommend Forget Me Not Espresso highly enough! We are starting a land tour of Alaska in Fairbanks, staying at the Westmark. Forget Me Not is a 5 minute walk down the street from here, just past the Co-Op Market.
You need to order online because Forget Me Not is built for delivery or drive-through pick-ups. We didn't realize this when we walked down there, but fortunately there are a few sets of outdoor furniture around. Our weather was gorgeous, so we just sat there and ate.
We got 2 breakfast burritos (1 ham & 1 sausage), with extra hot sauce and extra salsa, plus one large cold brew. The burritos were large, absolutely stuffed with ingredients, and fresh and hot. The cold brew was rich and smooth. We thought the prices are really reasonable, especially for how big the burritos were. The prep was quick (I think we lucked out a bit getting our order in between a lull in the drive-through, pick-up traffic. The place wasn't "packed", but it was busy the whole time we were there.) And the people were super friendly.
We'll still be in Fairbanks tomorrow morning, and we'll get breakfast at Forget Me Not Espresso...
Read moreI have been here maybe a handful of times since it is on my way to work i always make sure to leave extra early so i can get my cotton candy kicker. There have been times where I ordered a bagel and man did it take long i understand they have to heat up and put everything together but I waited at a minimum of 15 minutes after ordering I just would never think to have to wait this long. Last week while going to work I went to get my drink I left early I get there no line order then the person working started to make other food orders. I understand there may have been online orders but with no one else ordering on the other side it did bother me. I waited atleast 8 minutes for her to make my drink before leaving without it and having to go to work. I will not be returning it is just frustrating when I leave early just to get a drink and almost be late. Also mix your drinks please! I have never been to a coffee hut that doesn’t...
Read moreIt's a neighborhood drive through coffee place hut..we walked down from Westmark hoping for a good Latte, Americano and a couple breakfast burritos. There is a old wooden bench to sit on while inhaling truck exhaust from the drive through. My grande Americano was weak and cool, my wife's Latte was weak also with no head on the cream. After a couple sips we tossed them and got the same at the hotel which were better. We ate the burritos which were passable with lots of added Cholula hot sauce, which we had on hand..but as delivered had little flavor other than too much...
