Gyro and More Falafel — Restaurant in Fairbanks

I’ve had shawarma and falafel in places all over the globe - from late-night takeout spots in Kuwait to walk-up windows in London... I can honestly say that what I’ve found here at Gyro & More Falafel is amongst the very best.

The falafel is perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, full of flavor without being heavy. The shawarma is tender, well-seasoned, and tastes like it came straight out of a kitchen where someone really knows what they’re doing. It’s the kind of food that makes you stop halfway through a bite just to appreciate how good it is.

An incredibly fresh falafel spot! It has a couple of cozy outdoor tables and is run by a wonderful owner who personally prepares everything. Since he’s running the shop on his own, food might take an extra 10–15 minutes, but the freshness and flavor make it absolutely worth the wait.
